Great experience! Great food and atmosphere. Waitress was phenomenal. Will be back again.
We came in a few weeks ago but couldn’t remember the name of this place. Food was good and beer was okay. Service was just … okay other than the fact the tall male bartender seemed to be paying more attention to his female co workers than us and the rest of the customers.
Nice outdoor space. Limited beer options, at least none of the type I enjoy. No NE IPA besides a Rusty Rail offering. Had an American IPA, flat and not great.Maybe just an off day for them.Lots of seating and cool vide though.Hit up GearHouse first, which is just a 1/2 mile away. GearHouse is more in my style. On my way to Gettysburg to hit a few breweries there.
This place is really nice. They now have 3 different bars, a huge room for events and a porch/patio area. The 2 front bars are worm and rustic and the back one has a more modern look. They have great beer with a pretty large selection. Haven’t had much of their food but what we did have was good (more upscale bar/pub food)
4th of July weekend, showing family the hometown of grandparents and not far from weekend home. Husband wanted to introduce them to what had been a favorite of his. NOT tonight! We arrived at 7:27 pm and the place is hopping with customers (remember it a holiday weekend). Young woman wearing green pulls up her arm, looks at her wrist and promptly tells us their kitchen is CLOSED! She is Curt and absolutely not the kind of employee that makes one want to return. Really disappointed to see that kind of customer service. Luckily we drove down the street and found a new favorite where they were very welcoming.
This was our first time at the brewery. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband chose a flight and thoroughly enjoyed his choices. I got a Liquid Art Best Blonde. Very good, not too strong. I'm a lightweight. Brussel sprout appetizer was delicious. He tried the black bean burger and said it was okay. I had the fish and chips. Delicious! Will definitely come back again. Thanks for the good service and the kindness.
A great place for a dinner out. They have some outdoor seating, and while it's not the best ambiance, they have done their best with what they have and I commend them for that. Food is very good here. Prices are reasonable and their homemade chips are divine. Pulled pork sandwich came with so much pork there was no way the bun could hold it all, and it was amazing. A bit sweeter than I typically like, but not greasy at all and no fat chunks so I was happy. Boneless wings are very good as well, high quality meat. Normally don't like boneless wings but when we ordered wings we forgot to specify, and the server didn't ask, and we ended up with boneless. But they were good! Service is good here, might be a little slow but that could be because they're understaffed like everywhere else so you just have to understand that. But the drinks came fast, so that's what I care about the most.
What a nice find for a Sunday afternoon break on our travels. Convenient to downtown it is squirreled away and tucked back. Heavy industrial vibe but beer and food are phenomenal. Deep fried Brussels sing with flavor. Both falafel special and Cubano sandwiches were large and in charge of flavor. One of the best Cubanos of scores I've tasted. Beer menu inventive and varied worth a return trip! Great outdoor area, too.
Service - 0/5Food* - 4/5Beer - 5/5The service we received was beyond atrocious. After waiting an hour one dish was wrong, two were cold and two dishes our server told us she had FORGOT to tell us they had run out off.I will not go into detail about how ignorant she was about the menu.furthermore, we did not get our second drink order until we waited 20mins and had to ask again. The chef/manager valiantly tried to salvage the situation but our servers incompetence and dismissive attitude was insurmountable.*The part of the order we did get was delicious but cold. I ordered a rare burger and it arrived well done.
Nice place. Large with some outdoor seating. We enjoyed the variety of beer. They were good. The sour was pretty sour. The lager was good. I wouldn’t say any beer was great but we only each had oneWe did have nacho and their margarita pizza. Nachos were excellent. Probably the best I’ve had that I can remember. Very large. The pizza was a large thick crust which I like. They did burn the crust but the interior was good.Service was excellent. I gave 5 stars as the potential is there. I’d go back.

My family and I have adored this place for years. I'm even having my 40th birthday there next month. The food is so, so good (easily the best pizza in the area) and they make my favorite IPA (Step Your Game Up). The service is always great, the atmosphere is so chill, and the menu has everything you could want in a brewpub. We're lifelong customers, for sure.
I am very picky about my beer. However the blonde was a HUGE hit with me!! We had the tater tots, light and crispy. I shared with my husband, we still needed two orders!
I order from here occasionally. The food is just ok. I ordered a pizza and side salad. Cafe Del Sol has the better pizza, side salad and salad dressing. I order from Cafe Del Sol a few times a week though, so have to change it up occasionally, and Chambersburg doesn’t have much to offer.
Hello. WOW?? I really wanted to love the pizza. I have waited months and finally decided to try the pizza as I have enjoyed many other dishes here. I ordered sausage, peperoni, onion, mushroom and peeper with extra sauce. Unfortunately the sauce was not "extra" by any means and OK... but not particularly something to remember.. the absolute overwhelmingly over the top...make my lips burn...saltiness was NOT acceptable. I could eat three pieces but the salty overtone of every bite just ruined the experience for me and I could not eat any more. Within 15 minutes I needed to relieve my body from this food. I have lived and eaten pizza in Detroit and Chicago and this does not compare to the worst of neighborhood bars from either location. I may be overly agitated by the VERY salty experience. Thanks for listening.
Are they ever going to brew anything new? Or just change the name and pretend to be a craft house with the same ten mediocre beers on tap for $8 a pour for another decade... I'll spend my money at Gearhouse, better brew, quality, selection, and atmosphere..... And to add on after the response I received, are you not currently operating 2 locations, and a 3rd to open? With the same $8 beers (for another decade, what a deal) at all location's? And yet still not capable of brewing new beers, but instead just a maybe in the next few months i can try something different. Seems a logistics problem that was not thought out. Atleast from a consumer standpoint, who likes to seek out craft beer, I will not hold my breath
