This visit to Sonic was rough. It took five separate attempts just to get my order correctly entered on the screen—3 burgers, some sides, and drinks. Nothing unusual or complicated.
When the food came out, my burger was a mess. Mayo and ketchup weren’t just on the inside—they were smeared all over the outside of the bun like it had been dropped in sauce. Not appetizing at all.
On top of that, over 1/3 of the drive-in stalls didn’t even have working order stations. For the few that did, the wait times were way too long. After finally getting the food and being told “everything’s in the bag,” I had to sit there for another 10+ minutes just to get straws and a fork.
I get that things can be busy or short-staffed, but the combination of order issues, poor food presentation, and delays made this a frustrating visit. Hopefully this location can improve.

Tried this place again. They obviously didn't listen to my order, sandwich was made wrong. Also the fixings on my wifes and my sandwich were bad. Only thing I'll get here from now on is drinks

Took 5 minutes to answer the speaker, 200 minutes and I still haven't got my food. People are waiting all over. If I could get my money back I would leave, but I can't speak to anyone. Food just got here, onion rings cold. Will not be back.

Waited over 6 minutes after pressing the red button to order, and then had to press it again when the order taker essentially hung up on me. Couldn't hear a thing the order taker was saying because the speaker was super quiet. After ordering a single slushy, waited nearly 5 more minutes for it to be brought to my car. The restaurant had a few other cars, yes but it wasn't slammed. The car to my left arrived AFTER me and received their food order BEFORE me, and they bought food...I had a single slushy. Not the best Sonic I've patronized. That said, the slushy was delicious.....once I got it .

If you ask for no mayo they will just give you extra... They either don't listen or just don't care, they don't put any respect into making the food anymore
I can't express how much they mess up my order every single time and they just slop the sauces on the burger, I say no mayo and they put extra on it... it's like they just don't care anymore... I'm off to Dairy Queen for good

They charge an arm and a leg for a cheeseburger to constantly mess up my order, I simply thought no mayo on a cheeseburger could be easy to understand but it's every single time.... Dairy Queen just picked up a new customer

It always takes a frustratingly long time in the drive through. Cars will wait at the ordering station for 5+ minutes before they will even take the order. If you need something quickly, I do not recommend coming here. The food is good and the staff is friendly enough, but completely inefficient.

Always a very long wait for service at this location. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were cold. No stretch in the cheese at all it was like biting into a cold string cheese stick with breading on it.
