I have ordered from this Sonic location twice and both times my order was wrong, cold, or lacking (like the toppings in my blast). The service is terrible and the staff take forever. I should have gotten the message the first time I pulled in and no one was in line during lunch rush. Definitely not going back

Got a burger. Was cold straight from the drive through. It was cooked but it was cold like it had sat for a long time. He still ate it against his better judgement and got sick in the middle of the night. Should have taken it back but it was 7 pm and he was starving. Making people sick is just unacceptable service. Ice cream was good which was why the food rating went up to a 2 not a 1 as well.
Usually they take forever to get anything done which I can handle if it means you don’t get sick off their food like he did.

I ordered online and pulled up and checked in on the app. After 18 minutes and no food, I called the restaurant. At first they couldn't find my order. After a couple more minutes they found it and said it would be right out. Five minutes later, I got my order. Cheeseburger and wavy fries. Everything was cold. The bun was soggy. The fries were cold and so overcooked they were all crunchy. I have an appt so I didn't have time to complain. I just tossed it. This was my first time at a Sonic. I was really excited to try it but it will be my last time. I really hope it just this location and others are better.

Was there Sunday 9/22 24 at 430. Fries came out cold. Call sent more fries out. Warm. Chichen sandwich is terrible. Like mcchicken $1.00 from McDonald’s. Lemonade was best thing. Very disappointing

The people are the best part of this place, but it takes for ever to get the food. All we got was 2 burger mills. Waited 20 minutes. There was 3 people in line. I ordered ice tea I got watered down fruit punch it was not good, the onion rings were soggy one rider was over full the other was hated full they were a mess it was a bag of undercooked onions and breading, the burger was not good. If u want pleasant employees this is the place to eat. Foods not good and I stress very slow.

Terrible absolutely terrible, unsalted tater tots that are old, machines are terrible and broke, my friend said the tater tots tasted "stale", I promise you I will not be spending money at this location of sonic, do it right well close down. Terrible communication with employees.
Also, why are you changing your sizes ? don't be like McDonald's, Sonic is one of the few places where I can get food without ridiculously small amounts ?
It's supposed to be fast food, you have the drive-through waiting like 14 minutes, and the people who order outside 30 minutes, every single time I don't ask it takes an hour!!! Ridiculous

Never have I been to a sonic who didn't serve lunch all day, I don't like eggs. For some messed-up reason, I've always been able to taste the sulfur in them, so I've never enjoyed breakfast foods as much as other people. Thus making Sonic a safe breakfast for me cause I can just grab a burger, and my wife can enjoy her breakfast at the same time cause they serve lunch all day. Came to this location asked for the number 2 meal, they tell me they don't serve lunch here till 10:30 like mcdonalds???
