I’m from Knoxville, Tennessee (home of the Volunteers) and I stopped by this Starbucks en route of a road trip odyssey. One employee, by the name of Heather, provided outstanding quality service and I really valued having authentic conversation with her. It’s folks like her whom I love having good quality conversation with. Plus, it takes something special inside for folks to come to work so incredibly early with such a true spirit of service, that Heather provided.

I ordered a gingerbread chai this morning, and there was a hair wrapped around the ice. The girl who made my drink was super nice, though. She was the only person welcoming customers in.

Multiple times I go, I wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes in the drive through.
Placed a mobile order maybe 5 minutes prior to pickup and they called my name right as I walked in. Baristas were friendly - greeted and said goodbye as patrons left.

Every time I go to the Starbucks on Norland I am disappointed. I’m not sure why I’ve expected a different outcome so many times. For as pricey as Starbucks is the quality of drinks at this specific store is horrible and no one is friendly ever. I will not be going to this location ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Gave a 4 star in service for the one on walnut bottom rd. It took a while for the drinks and it was not busy, only 3 people in the store. The one on gateway in chambersburg was good loved the food
