I'm never going to this Starbucks again. I don't want to be asked if I have any "fun plans" for today at the drive-thru window. It's not anyone's business. I don't care to discuss my life with anyone I don't know. Your business strategy has driven away this customer. Also, It was explained to me by someone 40 years younger than me that although the tip options are being shoved in my face that I was under no obligation to tip. How insulting and pathetic.
