Gave a 4 star in service for the one on walnut bottom rd. It took a while for the drinks and it was not busy, only 3 people in the store. The one on gateway in chambersburg was good loved the food

AWFUL N OVERPRICED. Asked for blond blend or light. Was given something so strong, couldn't drink, and at the bottom of the cup were black muddy grounds or something. Find a wawa or somethingg AWFUL

Went through the drive through and the server was so helpful at helping me pick out something safe for a toddler. She was professional, patient, informative, and empathetic to my situation. And my grande vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of espresso was perfect!

I submitted a mobile order and waited a very long time. There were 4 staff members- one was making drinks and the others were talking to him and distracting him. There were multiple people waiting for drinks and they seemed to only care for socialization.

The baristas are always so lovely and kind here, whether you go through the drive through or come inside they prioritize connecting with customers and they do it very well. (AND fast, which is double impressive!) They also started offering glasses and mugs for sit down orders, which is such a mindful choice both in sustainability but also socially. It just feels cozier and hits different, in a good way.

Absolutely FANTASTIC mobile order! Friendly customer care and support staff at the window every time I come through Waynesboro’s Starbucks! It’s refreshing by far when greeted with such great service and quality! KUDO’s STARBUCKS Team! Great way to make a customer feel important! Everyone everywhere regardless of industry should treat their employees, customers, and clients with the Mary Kay Golden Rule… simply image they have an imaginary sign around their neck that reads, “Make me feel important.”

Or remember Patrick Swayze’s line in Road House… “JUST BE NICE”

We need to follow this team’s rules … “Put People First”

I love my Starbucks baristas! I occasionally serve them right across the street, at Red Robin. They always treat me well, and my drinks are always prepared properly and on time for my shift! One of the baristas even recently saw me in the passenger seat of my roommate’s vehicle and said, “Trevor…? I thought that was you!” I was flattered. 😂 Love them, and will continue to tip them well! I don’t need custom messages on my cups to know they care and value me as a customer!
