The staff are great at this location and this review is no reflection on the people. The surfaces of the tables feel sticky no matter how often or recently they've been cleaned. The upholstered furniture is really starting to show its age with an accumulation of permanent stains.In addition, even if I'm the only guest there, the Wi-Fi is intermittently slow to the point of being unusable. I really think this location would benefit from a bit of a technology/furniture...

I have visited this location a number of times and have received top-notch customer service and quality drinks each time. This morning, I was offered a pour over instead of something already brewed.
