The male employees in the store provide excellent service, but the newly hired female employees have been serving much less meat. I’ve ordered this dish dozens of times, and recently the portion size has noticeably decreased. When I take it home and open the package, it’s mostly just vegetables 😢

Brandy is a wonderful employee! I was indecisive and she helped me pick a sandwich I have never tried before (it was delicious) She is very upbeat and positive. Her happiness is contagious and made my day better just by making me smile.

Tried subway for the first time today. The food tasted good. The staff member who rang up the order was a bigger girl and she was very rude to both the other staff and myself

Walked into the restaurant with my son. Went to stand at the counter. Zero acknowledgment of our existence from the woman behind the counter. She makes an entire two-toasted-sandwich online order before mumbling something. I asked her to repeat herself and apparently she said “if you’re here to order subs, the line is over there”. Mind you, we’ve been standing there for at least six minutes and someone else has joined the line behind us. I was surprised to hear those be the first words out of her mouth - we’re standing in line at a subway, yes we want subs, and if we’re in the wrong line wouldn’t the time to mention that be when we walked in? I responded perkily with a “thanks, we are indeed here to get subs so we’ll move down there.” She stops what she’s doing and asks if I’m getting smart with her. Um, what?!? I respond with how I’m just following her instructions, but it was nice to be spoken to as those were her first words. She points at the sign. I ask if she’s serious, and it goes downhill. My son and I walk out of the restaurant - and so did the man in line behind us. Unacceptable behavior and rude treatment. She wiggled her fingers and smiled as we left. Fire her.
Some kid came out of the back as we left. I guess he was there the whole time. Who knew.

My girlfriend and 7 year old daughter went in the lady rolled her eyes multiple times then slammed the bread door so hard my daughter got scared so they walked out. That behavior is unacceptable sorry making subs is so hard you feel the need to act violent in front of a little kid...

I don’t know why but this store no longer does online ordering and it’s been like that since before July 4 I shouldn’t have to go up to the store to place a take out or everytime I get on the app it constantly says it ordering offline and I would like to know why???….. and the short guy with glasses is also very rude… update: 10 minutes later all of a sudden the online ordering is back up after I post a review that’s wild

Just stopped in with my daughter to get lunch to take to her mom on her lunch break and the girl wearing the beanie, the one on breads. Was completely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at another employee, scoffed and mumbled to herself the whole time I was ordering. My family will not be returning

The ladies there are extremely nice. The lady with the pink hair really know how to respect their customers. The lady with the beanie and the nose ring always made sure to follow directions and asked customer to confirm before doing the action. They work really hard to make your favorite subs. They even treat my son very nice. They also set up good examples when kids are in the store too. Thank You Subway Wayne Avanue

I ordered online using their website. It has been years since I have eaten a Subway Sub. I ordered their toasted Blackforest Ham on italian bread , lettuce, spinach,cucumber, black olives, provolone cheese, with pepper ranch dressing. It was delicious. I ordered it again this time using their App. The sandwich was great however come on Subway your App is terrible "You Can Do Better". You better just use the website or drop on in and get your sub!

Come on subway!!! How can you work with ear buds in and than of the 2 of you gonna keep asking me to repeat myself? Than you were afraid to add meat to my sun that was to be turkey and ham xtra cheese. You piled it high with the veggies. Seriously this place is going downhill from what it used to be
Don’t recommend this store. I WON’T be coming here again. I’d rather go to another subway. One of the employees, a woman, that works there, is racist and doesn’t treat their customers with respect. She is disrespectful and has a bad attitude. She is racist. There’s another around here, so I would much rather go to that one than be treated badly by this person. So if you’re planning on buying something, go to the other one. They are much nicer.
