Worst customer service and worst Subway to stop at. Unwelcoming environment and poor food quality.. I knew I should have just went to Jersey Mikes or another Subway. Immediately as I enter the building to look at the menu, I was asked three times if I was picking up a mobile order. I politely stated no I’m placing an order. I was asked again shortly after if I was picking up a mobile order? No I’m placing an order , if you don’t want business just say that. One of the worker’s name was Kendall , she was nice for the most part. Not rude and unwelcoming as the other girl working with her. The other girl working rolled her eyes after I stated I was placing an order, went to grab an empty bread tray to take back to sink completely ignoring me and the other guest behind me. She seemed like she had an attitude from the moment of me walking in to order. My sandwich was gross, all the toppings in the middle of it . Pickles tasted old like they have been sitting out. The bread was chewy like a texture of wet bread (raw on the inside)that didn’t want to pull apart. There are better options for the sweet onion chicken teriyaki than here
!! I won’t be coming back to this subway. For $15+ I can get better service and food elsewhere.

Worst place to get food! My mom came to pick up a Beast salad for me and when I got it they had cold Terryiaki chicken and lettuce in the bowl! No vegetables besides lettuce and spinach! I will be telling everyone not to stop at the Subway on Norland Ave!!!

The service at this location is terrible. Apparently none of the employees are able to read. Tonight makes the second time we’ve ordered through the app and our subs weren’t prepared as requested. The subs weren’t toasted and the toppings were not distributed evenly-one half had no pickles while the other half had only 2 even though we requested extra.

Did not follow instructions. They did not add any sauces in our tuna sandwiches. The steak and cheese initially had a lot of sauce in the first bite, but then had no sauce.

If 0 stars were an options that's what I'd choose. Went and had a pleasant experience with the young lady that made my order but unfortunately she left my cookies out of my bag after I asked if they were in there. I called back and spoke with the manager and she was so disgustingly rude. She offered no remedy and asked me to repeat what I ordered several times and clearly did not care. After being irritated that she kept having ne repeat my order and not offering a solution I asked her for the district managers or owners information and she hung the phone up on me. Although the girl that made the mistake was very nice when I was in the store, the managers crass and negative attitude over the phone completely overshadowed that. Very unprofessional management.

Would give zero stars if possible. I placed an online order and was charged. I went too pick up my order they said there was no oder check norland I checked norland no order. There's nobody too talk to online either my subway account even says no recent orders as well. I tried to resolve my card won't refund either because it's pending so I'm out money and food.

Guy with curly black hair keeps getting scheduled to be by himself, he keeps himself professional about it tho. Im sure hes meant to be a closer as well. And the mobile orders are still turned on. Please give this guy a raise or somethin. And schedule more peeps.

The subs are always made well. Fresh ingredients and fast service. Not much decor but it's a great place for quick take-out. I go there frequently and I'm never disapointed
Thursday, December 28, 5:21pm stopped at location for veggie sub. Employee named Angie handled order. Employee displayed uncordial attitude and lack of attentive listening skills. In terms of food items found to be fresh quality. Recommend staff undergo remedial training in customer service skills regardless of age bracket. Clearly consumers place value on demeanor of staff toward decision for repeat business.

Mike and Sue were awesome. Served our meal with great care and attention. Both were pleasantly chatty and their customer service was on point. I will definitely eat here more often moving forward. Thanks for the great dinner.

Arrived about 5:20 pm. Counter person bearing name on necklace as "Angie" prepared my order. It appeared this employee displayed a negative demeanor and inattentive listening skills. Several times the order was repeated and she responded uninformed to questions about the condiments. It's quite possible she was a new employee or simply requires remedial training in customer service skills. Otherwise the food quality was good.
Service was great however and maybe this was just a one time thing but alot of the vegetables looked and tasted like they were going bad. My lettuce was weird cucumbers were bad but that's pretty much it. It tasted like a school lunch.
