Was there a few months ago I decided to eat chicken because I couldnt eat beef while pregnant it made me sick, but when getting the chicken it smelled like barf/ dog food was also extremely burnt on half of it. Also fiance got a burger that was a cold and slimy, this place is only meant for appetizers, everything else is disgusting will never go back.

It's not my favorite place to eat but I haven't been there in a long time and it was pretty good! The waiters there were fast and food didn't take to long and it was really good.

Not too many customers but waited for everything from first being waited on to the end paying. Normally a pretty decent place with good food and service but not today.

Well let me tell you about our experience at the TGI Friday’s in Chambersburg. It’s a Sunday evening. We walk in to get a table then hostess says how many we say 2. She was rude and says you can seat yourselves in the bar area. We walk in the bar area to a booth. The server comes we get our drinks Sprite and water. The server comes back to take our order I ordered the half rack of ribs. Server says we’re out of them. So I looked at the menu again The server says we’re also out of shrimp. So I order wings then my husband ordered wings and the spinach artichoke Dip.The server says let me check and see if it’s thawed out, because it was still frozen the last time I checked. The server comes back and says it’s still frozen By this time we both have had enough. We said sorry but we’re leaving and we will never be back. That’s a sad thing because I really like the ribs.

The wait to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant should have been the first clue to turn around. Ordered simple food. Chicken strips and onion rings. Onion rings were undercooked, chicken was overcooked. Bathroom was dirty and had no papertowels. The waitress, however, was pleasant and helpful.

We got the $29.00 deal for 2. The mozzarella sticks were great but we got the ribs for one and the steak for the other one. The ribs were dry and the steak was a little tough and the cheese under the steak was dried up and onions and peppers were stuck in the dried up.cheese. The Cole slaw had no dressing on it and the French fries were tough. You need togo to theTexas Roadhouse and experience excellent food We will never be back!!!!!

Had lunch there today. Got the flat iron steak sizzling dish. Was awful. Should've gotten the ribs as I always do. Server was fantastic though. I'm not a complainer in public...so I just boxed it up and took it home. Dog loved it!!!

when managers says they are not setting tables but booths after waiting 20 plus mins that's an issue! this is the second time for this and will NEVER patronize here again. Very Poor management!
Food was great. Server was not great. Can't remember her name but she was not able to answer simple questions about the menu and never checked back to see how we liked our food and we had to stop her and ask for drink refill. There were 3 tables that got up and left while we were dining and no attempt was made to clean up or bus those tables. They were still cluttered as we left. The food, however, was served good and hot, was very delicious with generous portions and was reasonably priced.
