This place is incredible!We walked in and were warmly greeted from a young gentleman. He gave us wonderful recommendations as to what to order.The food was exceptional. Flavor profiles were perfect with the right amount of herbs and spice! The hummus was so delicious and smooth. The fact that their falafel is gluten free was huge for us. We ordered extra to go and even the next day they were still delicious! We swung in on a road trip and we would absolutely return!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

10/10 across the board. The food was delicious. The service was beyond amazing and very accommodating. I did not have to wait long for my meal even with everything made fresh! We were in town for a business meeting and I am definitely willing to take the 1 hour drive back sometime for another pizza!

1864 put the burning of Chambersburg on themap, but the Falafel Shack is making Chambersburg known far and wide for its amazing infusion of flavor, hospitality, quality and experience- when friends and family are in town, it’s a “go-to-“ -unfortunately, as busy as we are, it is often takeout for our crew, but the flavors, smiles, and the wide net that is cast when you see the community come and go, it’s one great place to get a sense of peace-daily-I have cheated and picked up when I’ve been in the butcher shop for a quick on the go home, but nothing truly holds a candle to actually getting to come in and enjoy the vibes, smells, and a to simply “experience” the Falafel Shack- keep doing your thing, it works!?Update Visited 2/28 never disappoints! Great place to lift the gloom of a leap year thunderstorm day!

When my sister told me that we were driving an hour to get lunch I wasn't sure if the trip was going to be worth it but boy was I wrong! everything was so good we got the garlic hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel sandwich, shawarma sandwich and Persian love cake. Everyone was amazing! The restaurant cool, a little small but cozy and has street parking.
