Manager taking orders at window had a horrible attitude. He should not be anywhere near customers. Rest of the food and experience was great.

I was greeted with a “ what do you want” when pulling up to the drive through. Zero customer service. I imagine the fancy shirt worn by the individual meant he was either lead or asst. mgr. and if that is the case, a long hard look is needed at the hiring model. They morning asst. mgr. must have trained this guy.

Food was good but the menu board was off with a computer error message on it. The floor was all sticky from a spilled drink and never mopped. The service was good.

I put in a mobile order. Showed up 15 min later. There was no one at the counter. An employee showed up ripped the ticket that had clearly already been there and told me it just came through. I waited on my lunch break for them to make it. All that was left was my Zero Sugar Coke. The guy poored it and stopped to talk to someone about scheduling while holding my soda. Finally he gave it to me and I left only to find out it was regular Coke. As well the fries and nuggets were stale.

Went inside to eat and it was horrible! All of the tvs are out meaning we had no menu to look at. I order a baconator fry… as I watch the guy touch the bacon with his bare dirty hands and put it on the fries. Discussing! The cheese he put on was still cold and nowhere near melted. When we went to sit down all table were dirty and sticky. I normally like Wendy’s but this experience ruined it for me. Won’t be back!!

The guy at the counter was not too smart and mumbled everything. We walk in and he aggressively rips old reciept out of register and throws it behind him on the floor. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers for him only to put in 2.

Fries and nuggets were cold, soda tasted terrible, and they gave me the wrong burger. I was the only one in the drive through and there was no one in the parking lot so I don’t understand why they rushed to get me my food when they could have taken the time to make sure my order was right and the food was fresh. My receipt wasn’t even included in the bag to make sure I was charged for what I was given vs what I ordered. I will not be coming back to this location. Whoever was working on Sunday June 29th 2025 around 6PM needs to be retrained or fired.

This Wendy's location is pretty much always on point. We come here about once per week for dinner. Drive-thru service is quick, and the employees are kind helpful. The pineapple mango lemonade is the best!

Drive thru order, didn't get what I ordered so she send us to wait in the parking, she brought our order and again wrong order, when I got home with my order, it was sloppy my bacanator was with dried and chewy bacon, chili watery ,with hardly no meat,fries half filled so disappointed and we buy there every week. Customer service is sooo important and I felt like they got mad at us for their mistakes...no wonder there are always new employees ...teach and train extremely important . Good service is a must so your customers can come back.... Good Luck we won't be coming back
