Last 3-4 times I’ve been here they have done a tremendous job. From date night to dinner with the kids, the service has been excellent and the chef really knows her way around a piece of fish. Highly recommended and you owe this place another shot if you have not been here in a while

It’s an amazing place to remember the good times in the past and the better times in the future

Delicious food and adorable cozy atmosphere.
Our server shared a bit of history about the restaurant in regards to the crab bisque being the same family recipe for 40+ years. It was divine, and i certainly recommend it.
The lobster rav (shrimp&scallops) dish was incredible, and the snickerdoodle creme brulee was delightful.

they should fix the POS system for the combo choice for kitchen timing purposes, so the whole table doesn't have to do it. Perhaps an upgrade through your merchant services is in order.

Interesting why this doesn’t have more stars. I eat good food, this was wonderful.

If you want on property dining, this is best, tailored to your palate. The current offerings are wonderful without mods.

If you are not desiring on property, don’t mind the same price, and are willing to drive- go to Out of the Fire. Next best local option for fine dining.

The service was great, and the food was delicious. Our party of 4 had Filet mignon, lamb and shrimp/scallop dishes. We were all very pleased with preparation, taste and quality!

Tried this hidden gem for the first time an it was amazing! While eating they had a lovely jazz band playing since it was a “jazz night” themed evening. They served French New Orleans themed entrées from gumbo to large prawn pasta dishes. A special shot out to the kitchen staff for an amazing dining experience

Helen's Restaurant at Seven Springs boasts a charming atmosphere, and our waiter provided top-notch service. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite match the ambiance. While the charcuterie board was decent (though a description of the meats and cheeses would have been nice), and the crab bisque had good flavor, it needed more seasoning. The real disappointments were the cold shrimp/scallop and lobster ravioli with undercooked shrimp, and the Chilean seabass entree, also served cold. These dishes simply didn't justify their high prices. On a brighter note, the pistachio cheesecake was a delicious ending.Overall, Helen's has potential, but in typical Seven Springs fashion the inconsistent food quality and overpricing make it a less than stellar dining experience.

DISCLAIMER: More than happy to tip for good service but doubling it behind my back is ridiculous.Watch your billWaiter tried the double his tip after I signed the check.20% included and added another 20% behind our back.Mistake? I assumed but happened to my friend table behind us too! ?

The atmosphere is perfect with the mountain view. The waiter was personable and knowledgeable. The bread was tender but yet has not flavor(butter plain) The appetizer we ordered was the Veal stuffed mushrooms and this is the one everyone should try. Our dinner orders were the Chef's feature Flatbread, Braised Short Ribs, and Chilean Sea Bass Oscar. My opinion is if your chef would flavor a little more you would probably have a 5* rating from everyone. The mashed potatoes were so blain I asked for more butter to finish them. My husband didn't finish his risotto, however I do think more sauce would have helped. We thoroughly enjoyed the piano player. Yes our table tipped him

Parking: There were a lot of cars in the lot yet the restaurant was not opened yet.

Bad experience from the start. Wound up not eating here. Was told this is the place to have a good meal. Looked it up, seems like older reviews were great, but latest reviews have not been as good, going downhill perhaps? Made reservations which are a must as it seems to fill up fast. A bit earlier than we normally eat, but was glad to at least get one.The overall appearance is very nice, lots of glass, great small bar, and cozy feel. However we were taken to a larger room, more enclosed and less glass. We were given a table in the far back corner, and had the choice of staring into the corner with our backs to everyone, or facing the room with an overhead spotlight shining directly into our faces. Quickly decided this wasn’t comfortable, so asked if we could be reseated out front. Our hostess readily complied (now makes us wonder why she just didn’t offer this at first). Were taken back out front to a small two person table along the windows, looked very appealing. Unfortunately when we sat down, understood right away why nobody was seated at these tables. The small bench seating is composed of benches sitting directly on top of radiant heaters that are in full hot operation. The moment we sat down, we could feel the heat boiling up from under our legs and we were literally roasting in less than a minute. Needless to say, that was enough fun for one night, we got up and left.Would like to have actually had the chance to try the food, as the online menu looks appealing, though the prices are the highest of any other restaurants in the resort area. Again, the latest reviews are not great, so who knows.Would I go there again…no.Would I recommend…no.

We went here for a New Year’s Eve seven course dinner. Go for the ambiance not the food. The food tasted below average for the price. Great ambience. The service was just okay. The gentleman who poured our waters and told us he’s not a waiter, later came back and told us that our waiter is too busy to serve us and he’ll be helping us. Some dishes had too much salt, which seems unacceptable for the price. Overall a positive experience.
