My husband and I went here to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. The food and service were outstanding! Our waiter was very attentive and he did a great job explaining. We got the 4 course meal. The clam bisque was flavorful and the presentation was impressive. It came in a bowl with just the clam and waffle sticking out of the bowl and then the waiter poured the soup in our bowl out of a hot pot. My husband who is not a fan of salads, ate the spring fin and feather. My filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, just as I requested. My favorite part is always dessert and I almost didn't have enough room to finish the chocolate blitz. The ambience in the room we were placed in was perfect for a romantic meal. I had the strawberry lemon margarita and my husband had a Maple Syrup Manhattan. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a delicious dinner experience!

Very expensive for the quality and portion of food. Filet was cooked to medium when I ordered rare. Outside was very charred. No seasoning. I’ve had better cooked steaks at Texas Roadhouse. Kitchen was very slow and one meal didn’t arrive until after everyone else was finished eating, but our server was friendly and took care of it. Mini Beef Wellingtons and Lemon Asparagus risotto were good.
People were smoking right outside the door and it was wafting into the restaurant, which was extremely unpleasant.

Really neat upscale dining option at 7 Springs. The restaurant is an old cabin that was converted but still has features of the cabin.
We were all so thrilled with our total experience - atmosphere, service, food and drinks at Helen's! We took a group of 21 to Helen's on Wednesday evening, January 29th. Our servers, Sara and Chase, were exceptional! Those at my table had the Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, Helen's Crab Bisque, Filet Mignon and Sea Bass Oscar. The cocktails were superb, as was the wine. Cheers to Helen's!

Last 3-4 times I’ve been here they have done a tremendous job. From date night to dinner with the kids, the service has been excellent and the chef really knows her way around a piece of fish. Highly recommended and you owe this place another shot if you have not been here in a while
