Never having menu item. More than enough times I pull up to the drive thru order my large strawberry milkshake,which I order everyday almost, pay for it and get to the window and no milkshake. Get it together.

Ordered delivery and there were nothing but issues. I ordered 20pc nuggets, basket of fries and a big mac. Everything arrived cold, the fries were so salty that they were inedible, the ranch dipping sauce for the nuggets was missing and the big Mac only had 1 burger patty. Tried contacting Uber and said it didn't warrant refund or replacement then called the store and the supposed lady manager was useless and said I had to go through Uber. So basically I wasted $20. Don't order here if you want hot, fresh correctly made food.

worse place ever...the clowns at the mcdonalds in charleroi suckz and they all need to be fired..set in the drive thru at the order board for 20ish minutes and get nothing from anybody..so drove off..get ppl who actually wanna work there and the place might b worthy again 1 of these days

What the heck, I waited over 45 minutes and not one employee came in and washed my hands! I'm like why do they have a sign up in the bathroom that says employees much wash hands? đ

This McDonaldâs is absolutely terrible. For starters, they donât even bother turning on the outside lights at night â it looks like the place is closed. Then you get stuck in the drive-thru with no other cars around and still end up waiting 15â25 minutes for food. When the food finally comes, itâs somehow worse than youâd expect from McDonaldâs (and trust me, my expectations were already rock bottom).
The burgers were old, cold, and buried under an insane amount of salt â so much that I almost threw up after the first bite. After waiting that long, this is what they served? Completely unacceptable. Honestly, this location shouldnât even be open.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Let's be real. It's McDonald's food. But the staff here is lovely! Always plesant and the restaurant is always clean. As a social worker, I often have to meet clients in a public environment and the staff here is so friendly and welcoming!
