Food was decent, but employees have no clue what they're doing. it took TEN minutes for somebody to make a footlong because they couldn't figure out the oven. Place was also dirty; had straw wrappers and lids scattered across the floor and sticky tables. YUCK!

Went in today and order was completely screwed up, place was congested and slow, and the tall guy had an attitude problem. Asked for three footlongs and he sighed loudly and rushed through my order as if I was inconveniencing him. Unbelievable, never taking my hard earned money here just to be treated like a nuisance!!!!!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews unless I have absolutely terrible service! Well her it goes…. 2 weeks ago I ordered a 6 inch steak n cheese and a footlong meatball sandwich. I requested the meatballs on the side because I was heading to work and didn’t want the bun to be soggy when I ate the sandwich later. So they put them in a cup. I proceed to the register and am counting my money while the kid bags up my food in a standing bag. I pay for my food and leave the parking lot about 5 minutes later. I get to work and open the bag and there are no meatballs in the bag. (So I’m livid now, how could he forget to put the meatballs in the bag? Now I won’t have a lunch for later! That’s why I thought he gave me that kind of bag, instead of the long lay down ones.) Anyways, I call over there and the manager says the kid is kind of new and they realized after I left. Well they must’ve not cared too much to check to see if I was still outside, bc no one came out for the 5 minutes that I was sitting there. So the manager tells me I have to comeback TODAY to get the meatballs. I guess he wanted to give me the same ones that they said I FORGOT! I said I’m stuck at work for 12 hours now and it wasn’t my fault that your new kid didn’t put them in the bag. I was polite about everything too. So he says well comeback tomorrow and we will replace them. I said ok. So I put the bun in the fridge at work, thinking well I’ll be getting a new bun anyways tomorrow. I Returned the next day to find a different manager that proceeds to get a cup and give me the meatballs. I said well, I need a bun! He said NO! The note from the other manager says that we only owe you 8 meatballs so that’s all that I can give you! I said you are joking right? how am i supposted to eat it? i left the bun at work in the fridge and im off the next two days! hes says no i definetly cannot give you a bun! i said well i will PAY for the bun then! he says, no we dont just sell buns sir! i said come on man this is ridiculous, because it was! They are only going to give me the meatballs that they forgot to give me and I have to eat them with no fresh bun! He said it’s not their fault that I left the bun in the fridge at my work! I said this is a joke right? U can’t give me a bun or even sell me a bun? He says no we absolutely cannot! So I then had to buy another footlong meatball, just so I would have a bun! Absolutely ridiculous, yeah it’s a very long review, but it is all absolutely 100% true! I will never return to or recommend CHARLEROI SUBWAY because of this! I thought the were one of the better subways around too, I guess I was wrong. 0 stars for customer service! I ended up throwing all the meatballs out because they didn’t taste right, so all of that for nothing! And I sure wasn’t gonna call to tell them after all this happened! I just won’t return there again!

I stopped by a few days ago and ordered a Footlong, and Alex was very warm and friendly, and took the time to make my sandwich. I understand some of the employees were new, so speed was a little bit off, but service made up for it! Will definitely be back again! So happy we have a Subway in Charleroi!

I will no longer be taking my hard earned money to this establishment, the young man who works there (I believe his name is Tre) was rude and did not complete my order correctly, I tried to give this location another chance from my last dreadful experience but it seems as if they blew it one again.

Food was great, but was ignored upon entering by a young lady and then a nice gentleman came up and waited on us. He was nice and courteous. He was very professional! Only thing I ask, is freaking greet your customers when they walk in the door!! If it’s going to be a wait, no problem just let your customers know. The rude young lady had long black hair and was African American. I am African American and I love my people, but she was rude and did not acknowledge us at all when we walked in! Very rude!

I would no longer recommend this subway location. Young female worker is rude and acts like it is an inconvenience to have to wait on a customer or to even acknowledge that there are customers waiting. My order was missing items and one of the 3 subs had onions that was not asked for and enough mayo that if you would squeeze it you could fill up a cup with the extra mayo. Will not be going back. Last few trips there were disappointing.

this store to me is the #1 subway in the Mon-Valley! the staff and especially the owners are all sooo friendly, and take time to make your sandwich right to your likings! always fresh topping available, very very clean store, the soups are awesome, and can't forget the frozen yogurt for dessert! you will not be dissapointed!

Parking: always parking available, street, and 2 parking lots , one across the street, one next to the store
