I stopped by a few days ago and ordered a Footlong, and Alex was very warm and friendly, and took the time to make my sandwich. I understand some of the employees were new, so speed was a little bit off, but service made up for it! Will definitely be back again! So happy we have a Subway in Charleroi!
this store to me is the #1 subway in the Mon-Valley! the staff and especially the owners are all sooo friendly, and take time to make your sandwich right to your likings! always fresh topping available, very very clean store, the soups are awesome, and can't forget the frozen yogurt for dessert! you will not be dissapointed!

I love this subway because its local but the new girls they recently hired messed up my daughters order and refused to fix it. So We were shocked to hear such a thing and very disappointed.
