Arrived at 8:45 only to be told they were not open. Their scheduled hours begin at 8:00 and they were there when appearing to be setting up when I walked into target at 8:10. Having just reopened after renovations, I was really hoping this location was ready to put their history of opening late and not having basic ingredients behind them, but apparently it is the same old Starbucks.

When they do decide to be open, service is not with a sense of urgency. The cashier and baristas just get to you whenever they feel like it. Today I visited , there was a lady in front of me and I noticed that there was a huge space between her the register. The cashier noticed but continued to talk to the other barista. I asked the lady if she was in line and she replied yes. The cashier and the barista then proceeded to take her order and make the (1) drink that she ordered. Not sure why it required two people so 5 mins later. I decided to leave empty handed. What a waste of time.

They are like never open. I am at the target this Starbucks is in once or twice a week. You cannot rely on them to be open. I’ve gone during the morning hours and evening hours and it’s rare they are open. It’s 9:30a right now and they aren’t open. They are supposed to be open at 8am. If the Starbucks hours are different, everything online needs to reflect that.

This is more like a generic Starbucks. They didn't have the ingredients for the Carmel Crunch Frappuccino or any blended fraps. They didn't have the energy drinks either. This was the case for 4 days while I shopped in Target. I stopped going to this Starbucks, and had to drive to the Starbucks on 746 Old York Rd @ Rodman. Don't waste your time going here it you want the good drinks, or good customer service. The employees here are more interested in remedial conversations with each other than serving you. It's pretty sad because, it would be convenient while shopping. DO NOT COME HERE JUST FOR STARBUCKS.

One persons review said they never open on time. So I try my luck Got to starbucks at 8:10am They were closed. I asked the young lady who had an attitude as if we did something to her girl. You work for starbucks. Quit if you don't like your job. She said they won't be opening for another 40minutes Another customer said she drove 15 minutes to get coffee. She's going to a funeral she needed this to wake her up Letting you customers down is unacceptable because you don't have workers or your workers is just not doing thier job. Close down already at this point Also when you get there at 9am the coffee is always cold That's the reason for me going at 8am I still was let down I will never return again

I found the sweetest barista of all times. If she keeps working there, this is the only Starbucks I would go to. Knowledgable and personable. What a pleasure!
There is no drive-thru. It’s not even a stand-alone store, you have to go in a mall. Misleading.

Bought 4 bags of coffee with my gift cards. Am planning to give to my family. Kept one for myself, opened my bag and the beans hadn’t been ground. I’m not a Starbucks shopper so to my surprise this is what they sold me. Now I have to take the time to take them back. Highly upset.
