Great place to eat with terrific ambiance! Food is always delicious and creative and the cocktail list is extensive and FUN!
Went for Sunday brunch. Great Bloody Mary's, but slow in coming. Fried green tomatoes were very good. Main courses were excellent: Biscuit, gravy and eggs; and Eggs Benedict on crab cakes. The potatoes were slightly undercooked, however.
Fun experience. Our pleasure was obviously of primary concern from beginning to end. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant
Great food and great atmosphere. We started with delicious Fried Green Tomatoes. Crispy and flavorful batter, nice acidity and a remoulade that perfectly balanced each bite. For entrees, we had jambalaya (me), shrimp and grits (wife) and chicken & waffles (daughter). Each meal exceeded all expectations, and we all insisted on sharing because we didn't want the others to miss as out on truly exceptional food. We will definitely return.
Lunch was good only caveat was ordered dessert and it took over 25 minutes to be served Wally did apologize and take the cost of the peach cobbler off the bill Didn't expect a lunch to take almost 2 hours The renovations are beautiful
Fantastic service and menu, drink options. A must visit if you're in the area. Our favorite spot!
This was our first time going to Bloom Southern Kitchen. The food was excellent as was the service and atmosphere. It was thoroughly enjoyable across the board we will go back.
Food was great. But service was maybe the worst I've ever had. Took a long time just to get out water, then after a long wait a salad came quite some time before the appetizers. When the appetizers finally came, they came about 10 minutes apart. Dinner took an hour and a half. I like the menu and the ambiance the food was good. I might try it again, I hope it was just a bad night.
We had brunch at Bloom Southern Kitchen on Father's Day. We had to wait over 20 minutes past our reservation time for our table, receiving different stories for why our table wasn't ready. They easily could have pushed two tables together to accommodate our party of seven, but they stated that those were reserved for other smaller reservations. Yet, another party who had a reservation for six, after our reservation time, came in while we were waiting and they went ahead and pushed these two tables together to accommodate this party, when it could've been given to us. And, only 2 members of their party had even arrived. We were finally seated upstairs in a room with another very large party and only one waitress. It took an extremely long time to receive any of our drinks (20-30 minutes after ordering) and they were out of some of the beverages ordered. It took over 2 hours from when we placed our food order before we received our food. Some food was not even hot; chicken was dry and tasteless; Caesar salad was average at best; gumbo was unavailable because they ran out. Very disappointing. This was our first, and likely, last visit to Bloom.
Everything was wonderful from the starters, drinks and entrees. The staff was very friendly

Bloom Southern Kitchen is a welcomed step into Southern Cuisine. Highlights included the collared greens, hush puppies, brussel sprouts and jumbalaya. The wine list is somewhat limited but well-rounder for the cuisine.
Excellent service! Delicious food and cocktails! Highly recommend... plus decor was so nice!
Outstanding once again, this was our first dinner at Bloom and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Dronks, apps, main course and desert everything was excellent! Can't wait to return.
This was our third time at Bloom Southern Kitchen. We have been returning because we have enjoyed the drinks and food in our previous visits. This time it was okay. And the wait (although we had reservations) for our food was extremely long. The only two things that remained consistent with a thumbs up throughout the three visits were the drinks and the friendliness of the staff. We're going to blame it on it being Mother's Day and the busyness that comes along with this day.
We went for our anniversary and it was a great experience. The choice of food was good. The taste was very good. They provided recommendations and specials. They boxed up your leftovers for you and brought them back in a bag - that was excellent. We will be back for sure.
