Doughnuts are always a day old. Never ever fresh. Always stale. What isn’t sold yesterday is sold today. Don’t understand how they can ALWAYS BE STALE. Coffee made different every time.

They think stacking frosted donuts is normal. Imagine a pizza place stacking pizzas in one box. Then they get attitude when you hand em back lol.

The donuts are never fresh and the munchkins are somehow always smooshed flat. Breakfast sandwiches were also stale and disappointing. We come here a lot because it’s close by and tried to give it another chance but nothing has improved. I’d stick with a different Dunkin.

are the recipes that they use different or ingredients they use different than other locations? I got a chicken wrap from this location and it was like someone poured salt into it- couldn’t eat it. I get this same wrap from the Downingtown Quarry Road location often and their food is way better. what a waste

I have come to this location numerous times and always have to ask for extra cream cheese on my bagels because they give the bare minimum. I pay for extra cream cheese and receive the same amount every single time. Service is great, but I would really appreciate receiving what I order.

They had priced almond croissant for $2.89 inside glass display & then charged me $3.49 for it! I questioned it & the cashier replies: oh I don’t know.. that’s what shows up when I key that in. I then show her the displayed price & another cashier replies.. oh I need to change that, sorry about it, we still have to charge you what’s on the system. RIP customer service. Still shitty service & thriving only on location. Never again to this DD, which is always serving below par quality items, even though all they do is reheat frozen stuff; keeps the interior unhygienic; zero customer service!
