Went there today for lunch. Well, the staff is friendly but I don't dig the QR code ordering deal. I would like to be waited on by courteous staff and leave a generous tip. In the end, we did have to ask them to please take our order because there were some things in the app that were not clear. The staff was nice, but it is highly suggested that they tend to the clientele just a bit more in the beginning to see if someone really would like to have table service. I didn't feel like I was walking into a cafeteria or self-service fast food restaurant, and that actually was a plus. But I expect the service to go along with it. I don't personally agree with pooling the tips. When someone waits on a table and does a great job, they should get the tip, but I guess if a lot of people order on their own, that could be difficult in the end for the full staff. I saw the special note about the plans for hiring different individuals and that is great. I just think there are some bugs to be worked out most likely.

Restaurant pushes QR Code menus and ordering. This is annoying. Employees were very young and inexperienced. As a result, the service was poor. Not rude, just lackadaisical. This was particularly noticeable given that the restaurant was almost empty. The crispy chicken/chicken tenders had the look and taste of having been cooked in frying oil that needs to be changed. The aesthetics of the restaurant are nice and I liked the music selection.

Easily our favorite restaurant. The food is always amazing. A beautiful atmosphere for kids and adults,They are calling it a "soft opening" after the renovations but trust and believe they haven't missed a beat. Thanks!Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun things for kids to look at. Their menu is comfort food, but better, without being overly seasoned. I have a SUPER picky eater and he loves their chicken fingers. The French fries are out of this world too.This is a great spot for mom and dad to share a drink without feeling like you took your kids to the bar.

First time here and we will be back! The atmosphere is fun, inviting and lots to look at and plenty of space. They have fun games on the table and around the restaurant that you can bring to your table. What a great idea! Stay off the phones! Games are even for the kids too. Service was awesome, friendly and quick. Food was amazing! I only got pictures of the wings, they were the Jamaican jerk, it's a rub and not a sauce and they were delicious! The outside was the perfect amount of crispy and the I side was moist and perfect! The table also got the egg roll, it's like a big burrito but better! Everything we got for dinner was perfectly seasoned and delicious. It's a hidden gem! Don't walk, run there!
Food tasted great. 4 meals and an app and they were all loved. The service was great except when they stopped to do a team meeting to prepare for the rush. My drink was empty for about 10 minutes, No big deal, I just walked to the bar and git it topped off.

It’s unfortunate because the food has always been good but every time we come, the service is absolutely the worst. It’s frustrating to see only a hand full of tables occupied and several staff congregating behind the bar and not waiting the tables. You shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes to have your drink order taken in these situations. Shame on me for continuing to give them the benefit of the doubt and trying again. We will not be bac after this.
