Very disappointed with the customer service. Waitress made mistake on my entree. I ordered the crab cake entree and received the crab cake sandwich. Hey, mistakes happen. The waitress apologized, the manager came over and apologized. They offered to get me another crab cake and the side which I thought was good customer service. Imagine our surprise when we got the check and found we were charged for the entree! So I guess the spoken sorry was all we got as we paid for the crab cake! When we asked to see the manager she was “not available”. Seriously - I’ve been in food service for over 30 years. I know there are mistakes and I know the establishment usually tries to make amends. In my experience the customer is usually given a discount or free something to make up for the mistake. Apparently not at Liberty Union. We will not be back.

Took myself here for a solo date night (Saturday 8pm). Excellent experience from start to finish. Most importantly, I was greeted with a big smile! The 2 hostesses were beyond sweet and extremely helpful when I couldn’t decide where to sit. There was a live band playing and the atmosphere overall was laidback and comfortable (St. Patrick’s Day weekend). The St Paddy’s Martini was DELICIOUS, it tasted like mint chocolate chip. I’ve had takeout plenty of times, so I knew the food would be good! My servers, a young lady with cute temporary eye tattoo for the holiday (whose name I didn’t catch) & Drew, were both attentive and polite!10/10 Recommend

All you had to do was say “no” instead of ignoring me when I’m trying to give you my money to feed a friend in need.

I recently dined at Liberty Union Grill and had a delightful experience. The food was excellent, complemented by amazing cocktails. Our server was exceptionally sweet, adding to the positive atmosphere. However, the ambiance was a bit disrupted by the noise, primarily due to numerous children present. If you prefer a quieter setting, it's something to consider. Overall, a great spot for those who enjoy vibrant energy and exceptional cuisine.

I recently had the fish tacos which used to be my favorite menu item. Th portions are now way smaller but they make up for it by loading the plate with chips.

Nice casual location with good American style vittles. Moderately priced menu selection, complete with complementary tater- tots! Worth a visit!

We ordered to go, I ordered the poke bowl. Unfortunately it was the worst poke bowl I've ever had. While the veggies were fresh the cucumbers were huge slices that don't work well for bite size consumption. The poke sauce was very bland but worst was the rice , which was barely cooked and almost inedible.

Nice place. Very standard menu and food. Nice beer selection. Typical pub. Food was good, nothing special. Not my type of place but for a pub for a beer or a game, it's absolutely fine.

I have always been satisfied with meal choices. The complimentary tater tots with zippy house dip are the perfect way to start things off. The crab cake sandwich was crisp and flavorful; the New Orleans Pasta with Shrimp was well portioned, flavorful, and balanced; burgers are well-portioned and juicy; this past Father's Day Brunch Buffet was well-stocked and had plenty of variety; and, most recently, the Fisherman's Stew (Washington State Special) was amazing. It reminded me of the New Orleans Pasta, but it had several types of seafood mixed in. The seafood to pasta ratio was very generous, and there was some quantity of seafood with each bite. If you haven't visited yet, it should be high on your list.
