Food is usually very good here. This morning all 4 everything bagels were stale, so they were made the sometime the day before and sat out in the air and weren't good. That's the first time this has happened though in probably 50+ orders I've placed here.

Great staff, very friendly and polite. Bagels are awesome. You can have bagels made on the spot for you. (Have to order 13 at a time.) They're so good when they're fresh. There is no wifi so you cannot sit down and do work on a laptop here, that's my only complaint. Eating area and bathroom is a little beat down, so like I said, it's not great for sitting and studying, but this place has been open forever so it makes sense.

I went in to get two drinks today, and was delighted at how nicely the staff treated me :) We had a great conversation- about allergies! They were very understanding of my lactose intolerance. They were warm and welcoming. I’ve been here a couple times, and always get a great experience. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. I’ve delivered their orders for DoorDash too, and have never had a big issue.
The front part of the store is also spotless, which I appreciated. I watched them clean while I was there, so it’s a sanitary place to eat. The only constructive criticism I have is that the bathrooms could be cleaner. There were streaks on the walls and mirror from water. The toilet bowl needed to be cleaned. The toilet paper also needs to be changed.
So I took 1 star off for that. Otherwise, 5/5 experience. Whenever I order food from here I do love it, even if the lactose doesn’t always love me back lol.
Parking: Plenty of parking, but they share a lot with Limoncello. It may be jammed up in the afternoons.

I ordered online and my bagel was hot and ready when I got there. I didn’t have to wait at all, super quick service. I will definitely be returning! Bagel was toasted to perfection as well and a lot of cream cheese was applied.
We had breakfast here today and got some bagels in the first order. Felt like bagels are small in size and cream is ok.In the next order I took Cinnamon muffin which is so cold and too much of sugar in each bite. I had complained the same but associate said customers are opening the door to enter and exit though they are in temperature controlled containers.Instead listening to the concern associate is giving some weird reason and trying to change her tone. Immediately I said I am neither asking to change it nor refund. The other associate pitched in and said he will remove them and didn’t offer anything else.I threw the muffin in trash bin and they didn’t even show concern and empathize how bad the muffin was.Not coming here back again.

There’s always issues with orders and as other reviewers have said, do an insufficient service.Placed online order for pickup, only to get a call from the store 2 minutes later informing me that bagels are out of stock. And it was not 1-2 but several varieties were out of stock.So, keep in mind that inventory is not reflected in online order.- extra-small size bagels- expensive than most options around including Whole Foods- felt eating plain bread; no taste or flavor- slow serviceI would say it is not worth the money. It may be best to spend your money elsewhere.
