I’ve had nothing but great experiences coming here for the last 4 years. It’s a bit out of my way, but worth it. My food is always made as ordered, the store is clean, and the staff/owners are extremely nice. I wish it was closer, but then I’d eat here every day.

We had been coming here almost every weekend for 2 years, but moved away about a year ago. Came back and had to grab our favorite breakfast- only to be met with disappointment. The food is still fantastic- great job to the cooks! My real concern is the new employees- there are 2 younger girls now that seem extremely unprofessional. I observed the girl with the orange hair speaking down to one of the cooks as if he was illiterate. That cook has been there for YEARS now, we can attest he definitely knows what he’s doing. The girl with the orange hair went over to the grill and was telling him how to cook stuff and do his job and nit-picking how he was putting cheese on the bagel. After that, the 2 girls went over to the dining area and sat down, started eating, and talking loudly. I honestly just feel bad for the cook- no one should be spoken to that way.

This took FOREVER, we waited for 20 mins after already ordering ahead, we received the wrong order TWICE. Not happy. One worker was sassy. The rest were very kind. The food is delicious !

Food is usually very good here. This morning all 4 everything bagels were stale, so they were made the sometime the day before and sat out in the air and weren't good. That's the first time this has happened though in probably 50+ orders I've placed here.

Great staff, very friendly and polite. Bagels are awesome. You can have bagels made on the spot for you. (Have to order 13 at a time.) They're so good when they're fresh. There is no wifi so you cannot sit down and do work on a laptop here, that's my only complaint. Eating area and bathroom is a little beat down, so like I said, it's not great for sitting and studying, but this place has been open forever so it makes sense.

I went in to get two drinks today, and was delighted at how nicely the staff treated me :) We had a great conversation- about allergies! They were very understanding of my lactose intolerance. They were warm and welcoming. I’ve been here a couple times, and always get a great experience. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. I’ve delivered their orders for DoorDash too, and have never had a big issue.
The front part of the store is also spotless, which I appreciated. I watched them clean while I was there, so it’s a sanitary place to eat. The only constructive criticism I have is that the bathrooms could be cleaner. There were streaks on the walls and mirror from water. The toilet bowl needed to be cleaned. The toilet paper also needs to be changed.
So I took 1 star off for that. Otherwise, 5/5 experience. Whenever I order food from here I do love it, even if the lactose doesn’t always love me back lol.
Parking: Plenty of parking, but they share a lot with Limoncello. It may be jammed up in the afternoons.
