Primos can be great AND if you grew up eating from the first Primos in South Philly then you already know how great their hoagies should be. Enter the franchises… employees, both old and young, are completely indifferent. First of all don’t bother to order or go an hour or so before closing because everyone is already finished work for the day. If the meats and cheeses aren’t weighed the large hoagies are skimpy. Customer service is nonexistent especially compared to the original franchise owners of this particular Chester Springs location. I’m loyal to any corporate run Primos but not to the individually owned franchises.

(UPDATE: The company replied to my review with an invalid web address for a form to complete). My partner offered to stop and pick up a hoagie on his way home so that we could have a light lunch. He called ahead and they said "15-20 minutes". He got there 25 minutes later and still had to wait for the one sandwich in our order. The sad medium hoagie (turkey schwartzie) was on the driest roll I've experienced. I realize that Primo is known for their seeded rolls, but not everyone likes that, so we got a plain roll. Who knew that choice would be terrible? Add to the fact that a small 10" hoagie is SIXTEEN dollars now. Wow. To quote my partner, "This is probably the LAST Primo hoagie I will ever eat". I'm with him.

This particular visit to this location was not as good as any of my other visits to any other location. My biggest complaint was the food The bread tasted absolutely stale and it was prepared very sloppily. So as far as spending $16 on the hoagie I don't feel like I got my money's

Primos can be great AND if you grew up eating from the first Primos in South Philly then you already know how great their hoagies should be. Enter the franchises… where they hire high schoolers who could care less about their job, don’t bother reading orders correctly or weighing the meats and cheeses. Also, these are privileged kids who don’t think they should have to work let alone take pride in working for the Primo name. I’m loyal to any corporate run Primos but not privately owned franchises. There’s a big difference.

Same great quality of taste as always but significantly smaller. Tiny Wawa-Junior sized sandwich for $10+

Just paid 30 dollars for a turkey and cheese primo on door dash. Not the first time I've ordered one but this time it had only 2 slices of thin turkey and no side of hot peppers. If they ran out of turkey a couple slices of ham would have been nice. NEVER AGAIN!!!! TOTALLY RIPPED OFF.

They know how to make a hoagie! We order by using the app and we walk in and out no problems and it's always right! The staff is beyond friendly and happy to help. Keep up the amazing food and the great work!
