Honestly there are so much better places then this. The customer service is horrible whether it’s you call for pick up or delivery or even walking in to have a slice. The food isn’t good the pizza is below average and tastes like they use cheap ingredients while upcharging the pie. So many places around the area that are much better than this. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this pizza shop

The pizza here is the best pizza I have ever had, and the wings are fantastic. I know the owners very well, they are very nice people and know me by name. When I come in with the kids, they are super nice to my kids and treat them like family ❤️

We had a Halloween party at our office for employees and families. The pizza was great and the delivery service they provided was on time. In fact, a few minutes early so we had plenty of time to get set up. From the person I ordered the pizza from to the delivery person, everyone was great. Keep them in mind when you want a good pizza.

If Mr. Okie Dokie answers just hang up; your already screwed! Had to repeat my order 3 times and once delivered was cold pizza and incorrect. Lrg pie half pepperoni and med white pie which apparently comes half white half reg. I called them and they proceeded to argue with me over the order. Also asked price when ordered, was told one price but at delivery was $2 more (not the end of the world but principle). If you enjoy poor service, wrong price and cold bland pizza this is you place, enjoy!! Zero clue how this place has a 4.6 rating.

By far our favorite pizza place in the area! When you go there, you feel like you are picking up a meal from your Italian uncle...friendly, caring, and really good food. I brought the baby in with me to pick up an order, and they carried the food out to the car for me and told me to call next time so I didn't have to go in. Highly recommend for the food and service!

The food is absolutely delicious. I have gone numerous times and it is consistently amazing. The staff there always ask how I’m doing and show they really care about the people. The chicken Alfredo is really really good.

TL;DR -Best pizza place in the Chester Springs area. Period.I've lived across from VIP/shopping center where its' located for nearly 20 years and they're 1 of 2 places still open under the same management.The food is fantastic (Sicilian w. Ham, pepperoni, bacon and sausage is my preference).The service for takeout/delivery via Slice is reasonable and more importantly- consistent without issue (none of the usual nightmares that caused me to boycott Doordash).Perhaps most of all, the gentlemen running the store are kindhearted and constantly going the extra mile to make sure their customers are not just satisfied but eager to order from them again.Additionally - it's not just the usual pizza Faire and a handful of standardized appetizers; both their cheese steaks and baked pasta dishes are fabulous as well.Ron's, Carmines and especially franchise rubbish like Dominos/Papa John's can't hold a candle to the quality, value and service VIP Pizza offers.
