The main gentleman who is always at the shop is quite rude, blunt and tells you only what he can't do for you when you place an order. I asked for a bagel double toasted with cream cheese on both sides and I was told that cannot be done. I said well you can charge me for extra cream cheese, but surely you can double toast it and provide the extra cream cheese.
