I have been buying the Ellis Pastrami Sandwich for 30+ years. I love this sandwich. I bought one from this store and there was hardly any meat on it! Paying over $11 for this skimpy sandwich is awful. The owner needs to be ashamed of hisself cheating customers like this. The reason why I love this sandwich is, no matter where you are in the country these sandwiches are always consistent at MHB, lean, and meaty.

The man that works here is quite possibly the worst person I’ve ever met in my life. He’s rude and refuses to make certain menu items out of laziness. The woman is nice enough but I can no longer buy from this manhattan bagel because of the man. It is a miracle to me how he hasn’t been fired after so many similar reviews. There are some great bagel places within 2 miles of this place that you should try instead!

The man (manager or owner?) who works here is just straight up rude and miserable. Awful customer service. I feel bad for the woman employee who is always there. She does a great job and seems to cover for him. She was making sandwiches so the man had to make the hash brown I ordered. He threw on the grill and gave it to me ice cold. I don’t get why he’s there with that attitude

They don’t say bye they just hang up the phone after you tell them what you want. I love Manhattan Bagel, but this one I wish would get bought by someone else. TRASH
