My husband and I had a great experience at Cousin Basils tonight. They were quite busy being the 4th of July weekend and our service was still top notch. Our waitress, Megan was so sweet and attentive. Food took a bit to come out, which was to be expected for it being so busy. Megan kept drinks full while we waited. My prime rib steak sandwich was so so good and my husband loved his ghoul burger and Cajun fries! We will definitely be back!

We at here for the first time last night. The food was excellent. We had a Margarite and White pizza, delicious. Shrimp skewers with chili sauce for an appetizer. They were also delicious. We will definitely be back. Way better than Siegel Hotel.

Wonderful service and delicious food! Their pumpkin soup was absolutely delightful; it was rich, perfectly spiced, and ideal for a cozy meal. The side salad is well balanced and fresh. It was overall a wonderful experience.
Absolutely horrible. We came in today with a party of 6. We waited outside for a table to be ready. When we were finally seated we sat for 30 min before anyone came over to acknowledge us. Then people came in after us and had their meals before they even took our orders. Then people who came in over a half hour after us were served their food at the same time as us. We were never offered an apology for the lack of service! The food was cold. The French fries were limp. And the wings were awful. We were part of the Gingerbread Tour and will NEVER COME BACK.

Omgeeee. Fabulous! Came upon by accident, while going tubing for the day. Stop in there for lunch. Club and meatballs sub. Hit a GRAND SLAM. Food was tasty and great size serving. The atmosphere was trendy, the service was on par. Will definitely stop back!!!
Extremely expensive. $18 for a burger and that doesn’t include the fries. Service was slow and the food was super salty. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is gorgeous and clean but we likely will not be back.

Had we been able to view a current menu with prices online, we would have gone elsewhere. While their food was good, it was definitely not worth what they are charging for it! $20 for a hamburger is ridiculous ! And that price didn’t even include fries!!! If you plan to go, be prepared to pay upper class prices for middle class food.

We have been there several times with no complaints until today.
We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. 15 minutes later still no drinks. I had to chase the waitress down to ask for them. $26 for a steak salad with cold steak and fries. I had to pick out the olives I asked not to have. We also got apple dumplings to go that were awful. The waitress said she would put the sauce for the dumplings in a separate container. When we got home, we discovered she didn't. Thumbs down today.
