My husband had the Saturday night prime rib special, my son had the Philly cheesteak pizza, my daughter had the steak salad and I had a calzone. Everything was delicious. House dressing on the salad with ranch was very yummy and lots of steak, the calzone was huge and full of filling it was delicious! I also tried the Gouda mac and cheese, I highly recommend.

39 of my friends and I had a Christmas party here last weekend. The food was EXCELLENT, the staff was super attentive, the restaurant was clean, decorated for the holidays, and very comfortable. Prime rib and stuffed chicken breast was perfect! I can't say enough nice things about the food, the facility, and especially the staff!

Very nice property with modern cabin feel. But food was very overpriced and not great. I had the reuben and the corned beef was 95% fat and too thick cut for the sandwich. My hubby had the shrimp dinner and it was 5 medium sized shrimp totally plain on a skewer with melted butter to dip. Ridiculous for over $20. My sister had the steak with added shrimp and mushrooms but it was totally dry as well. IF you must eat there, the cheese in a cradle appetizer was decent but that is it. Staff was polite but not very attentive. Would not recommend.

Hostess was rude and slow. I ordered two fried chicken sandwiches with fries, and it came to $32 bucks. The sandwiches were just slop, the bun was soggy from all the cheese sauce, the breading on the chicken was so salty you couldn't even eat it, and the fries were soggy like they had been sitting around for awhile. I was forced to eat here because the Farmers Inn was closed for the season. I drove 3 hrs for the best chicken ever at the Farmers Inn and received this poor quality food from here. Very sad, and I will never eat here again.

This is one of the better places to eat in the Cooksburg area. The menu is not extremely large, but the food is good, the wait staff is friendly, and the environment is homey and comfortable.

We just picked this place as we drove past. We are not locals, so we had no previous recommendation. Found the atmosphere very good and although they were busy, we were waited on quickly. I had lasagna and my wife had a taco salad. Both entrees were prepared and delivered quickly and were delicious! I wish we lived closer so we could visit here more often. Put this place on your list.
