I went tonight to enjoy time with friends and instead had a quite undesirable night. I ordered pasta dinner WITHOUT any protein on it (chicken, bacon, etc) and was charged full price for the meal even though I just received pasta. Furthermore, my pasta was ice cold and was brought out 10 minutes after the rest of my table. Plus when ordering I said no meat on my pasta and it was brought out TWICE with bacon on top of it.
I also got a side of mashed potatoes because I always enjoy their potatoes. Tonight they were gritty and tasted just off, and gross. The people at my table confirmed they did not taste normal. The staff/ manager blamed me for not liking the potatoes or saying that the batch must’ve just been off tonight.
I tried to pay with a gift card and gave my debit card for left over. I was told my gift card was invalid AFTER my debit card was charged for the full meal. I wish I would’ve known my gift card was declined before my debit card was charged.
This is a staple place for me and my friends to go out to eat since it’s one of the only places in town but now I’m almost $30 poorer and a lot less happy then when I entered the establishment. I can’t say I’ll be planning to come back anytime soon.

Havent been at an apple bees in a while. Was pleasantly surprised at how clean and how great the food was. I got the appitizer sample platter, and it was way more then I could eat. Great service, too.
