Seriously so annoyed! I go to get a Large iced mocha NO ICE almost everyday for 2 years now. I cant tell you the amount of times I still get ice! I know it seems petty. But as a single mom working full time and has teeth sensitivity. WHYYY is it so difficult?! Its literally almost every single time the ONLY thing I get! Only when the GM is there and a couple others. But 1 in particular is starting to seem intentional.

Cold food, uncooked fries. Nice cook in the back. He helped the cashier out a bit!
Friendly staff. Foods always hot and made the way it's ordered.

They keep their store clean and well kept. There was an mis communication with one of the employees and I on accident and the manager came to me personally and fixed my order. He brought me my food too. Happy customer!
