They keep their store clean and well kept. There was an mis communication with one of the employees and I on accident and the manager came to me personally and fixed my order. He brought me my food too. Happy customer!

9am , walked in the place. No other customers in there. Nobody at the counter. No cars waiting for drive thru orders. I saw an employee sitting on a chair in front of the fryer looking at her hands, And picking her skin. After seeing that , all I wanted was a coffee. I waited and waited. Nobody greeted me. I heard a voice from around the corner and I then I saw a young man with headphones talking I believe on a phone , but still nobody greeted me. Nobody came to the counter. I walked out after about 5 minutes. With no coffee. Attention owner, if you cannot find any better employees than this, you might as well just close the place down. Call it quits. Cut your losses

Warm is not hot and when you are there at begining of lunch it should come out hot not Luke warm they where not busy so food should come out hot will not be eating fastfood anymore

10/10 customer service. Top tier. You couldn’t find this good of customer service at an arby’s or mcdonald’s. We were out in a flash by the time Arby’s would’ve taken our order. Wonderful staff, absolutely felt like a king. Felt like I rule
French toast was raw inside with half of outside toast almost burnt. No fast food joints are created equal. Breakfast sandwiches were cold and not made "My Way". I'm traveling so I'm well down the road before I dig in. This type of experience is becoming common practice. Bad enough the meat is part plant based but food quality is tanking.. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cold potato things were able to be digested.

The man at the window had to be the kindest and most welcoming person I’ve met in fast food, I cannot recall his name but he had a beard and glasses and is now my hero. He said “I get you now” at every order and it was amazing. I recommend coming to this Burger King not only for the food but for the experience of meeting this man.With great joy and mazzie sticks in hand,The people who sat at the first window and needed waved to come forward
