Perfect small town diner atmosphere, very cozy and quaint. Not a huge breakfast menu but plenty of options with variety. We ordered the corned beef hash bowl and eggs benedict with a side of the seasoned hash browns. All very yummy. My eggs Benedict came out refrigerator cold due to thw hollandaise sauce not having been warned. I asked our server if she would pop it in the microwave and she kindly took it to so that. She came back and said the owner was taking 1/2 of the charge for the dish off of our bill. Now that is amazing customer service, since I didn't ask and just having it heated up was perfect for me. Kudos to the server and owner! We will return.

Our first time here. Service was great! My coffee never hit half empty before someone was refilling it. In fact 3 different servers kept coming by to check. I had corn beef hash over hash browns and my wife had eggs benedict. Both were very good and we started eating before we remembered to take pictures. My wife's dish came a little cold for her liking so she sent it back for a quick warm up which was no issue at all. They gave us 50% off because of that. We said it wasn't necessary for them to do that but the owner insisted. So great food and great service! Nice diner atmosphere. If its cold out and you are close to the door you may want a jacket. Don't let that keep you from giving this place a shot though. We will be back. Have to try the delicious looking berry pancakes!!

Great breakfast and if you're lucky, you may have the pleasure of getting Alisha as your server! She's FANTASTIC and attentive. We got 3 desserts to go, blueberry cobbler, apple crisp and a slice of peanut butter pie...We shared these and split them over 2 days! ABSOLUTELY homemade HEAVEN!! As soon as we saw Alisha with the pyrex dish of cobbler and the well used metal pan filled with apple crisp, we knew we were in for a treat! PLEASE get a dessert!Cute place, 5 star 🌟 service and yummy food!

Stopped in while in the area, glad I did! I was looking for a late breakfast and went with the breakfast scramble with ham. Great portion, and quality ingredients across the board. Go with the house homefries, you won't be disapponted. The dessert board caught my eye with blueberry cobbler, and it was delicious. I opted to add the homemade (another local purveyor) ice cream. Excellent. County Seat has solid coffee, fantasic prices, menu variety, and top notch staff!

Normally come here for breakfast and it's always a quality meal at a great price. Came for lunch and it was just as awesome, the fish sandwich was top notch, nice portion with a very good light and airy batter... Also a great chicken salad, very good and filling all around. One of the best places to eat in Clarion!

Had Country Fried Steak, eggs and homefries. Unfortunately they don't have a specific Country Fried Steak breakfast meal so I had to order everything ala carte which ended up costing me $20. The bad, the steak was small, overcooked and gristly. The good, service was very good, eggs were perfect and delicious. They normally deep fry their home fries, which I'm not a fan of, but my waitress said since they were not busy they could fry them on the grill top with onions, they were good also. If they had more breakfast meal deals it would be better, price-wise.

Had a cheesesteak no cheese. Lukewarm tea with honey that was hard ans sugary. A rude waitress. Won't go back.

As classic of a diner as you can get. I may have had the best western omelette I've ever had here though. Big chunks of grilled ham and the perfect amount of cheese. I had never had the style of home fries they served there either but they were incredible and I'm definitely going to try to recreate them at home.

Glad I made the 5 minute detour from route 80. Had a delicious salad for lunch. The included bread was something to over eat for.

Great little diner that reminded me of my hometown breakfast the grill, in Linton IN, had a sausage gravy bowl with home fries and over medium eggs. Probably the best sausage gravy I've had in a long time other than some good old homemade. Highly recommend, service was exceptional.
