I tried using the Venmo promo and was denied on 2 browsers and two separate phones. Venmo works, just used it recently and it's tied to accounts that have plenty of funds available. I then call Domino's to discuss and while they try and find something similar to give me the 35% discount, it wound up being nearly $20 more than if I use the Venmo promo. I say that I'm not placing that order and they transfer me to the local store, local store can't help so they give me a corporate customer service number that redirects the customer to their social media sites and disconnects.
What gives?!

Lately, the cinnamon twist haven't been covered like they use to do them. I asked if I can have little extra this time and was told "I can try". I work in the restaurant industry myself and that response left a bad taste in my mouth. Little disappointed.
My husband and I have been trying to call and we can only get through to an automated system. It isn’t letting us complete the order through the system and when we hang up because it isn’t working, a California number calls you and they cannot be understood. We do not want to deal with a bot. We like dealing with HUMANS!
