The morning manager was screaming at a worker yesterday when I was in Dunkin. She is so loud and rude, literally screamed across the room at the drive through girl and then took over drive thru suddenly. Crazy how she acts like that in front of customers.

Over the course of the last 3 days I’ve been there, the staff has been nothing but rude to me and my friends that I’m with. The morning manager Amy seems to always have a problem with us for no reason. The girl Sydney this morning spilled a cup of coffee on us and laughed about. Didn’t bother to make a new one or offer napkins, just turned around and quickly handed us the rest of the order. The other girl Riley always give us dirty looks when she thinks we’re not looking, we ask politely for a straw, she turns around and give us this most disgusted look as if we’re the scum of the earth. I get that working in the service industry sucks and it’s hard working early in the mornings but come on. It’s not even just the mornings at this point it’s everytime we are there

I’ll start with their staff I went threw the drive thru last weekend the lady was like “can I help you” then she was like were you drinking? What kind of question is that ? Seriously the drive thru lady needed to minded her own business she was tripping as it was bad. When I got to the window asking me how can I help you. Yeah I’m not going back for awhile get accused of stuff I’m not guilty of!

You guys have got to start measuring your espresso right for lattes. Drinking flavored milk is disgusting. Not only that you don’t mix the espresso in with the latte 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ mix BEFORE you pour the espresso in guys. Come on! You have people paying damn near 6 dollars for these drinks. Make them right!

The morning manager was so rude. Waiting for an in store pickup for an iced coffee shouldn’t take 25 minutes. When questioned about the order the manager was very fast to snap that she is short staffed. Kinda funny how I watched a girl come in and ask for an application and she was told “someone called off I’m too busy”.

I'll start by saying they were very busy and short staffed. I completely understood that. I'm a patient person and do not mind waiting my turn, however, I should not have been waiting for 25+ minutes for my iced coffee while people who ordered food and drinks after me had already received their orders and left. When I asked about my drink, I was rudely told by the manager that everyone else had also been waiting 20 minutes (untrue) and that I'd have to wait my turn. Thankfully the other barista asked me my order number and got it out to me shortly after. Thank you to that young lady, she was very kind. Safe to say, I'll just visit the Dunkin in the travel plaza down the road from now on.

We drove every morning to Dunkin about 15miles. The town was so cute and the pic I took was Aa ACE Hardware store in an old building.its was amazing. Dunkin hot coffee was great and fresh we ate 3 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant every morn and they were also fresh. Allin all it was a pain driving so far but well worth it.

Step right up to the circus where the main act seems to be “employees who’d rather be anywhere else.” The manager must run a boot camp, judging by the faces behind the counter. I asked for a double espresso, got it, and made my exit faster than you can spell “fled.”

Lovey “Bluebutterfly” A

I don't know how the morning manager has not been replaced yet. She is very bitter and rude any time I've been here. She doesn't have the first clue how to make coffee, mine is always incorrect and not by just one thing but all the way around! She is sloppy with food and just throws things together instead of doing it correctly. If this was only once I'd be like, ok things happen. But this has been 4 times in a row. And I would say staff but I specifically have watched her. And when I question anything, she is very rude in her response. Not to mention she treats the employees like total crap and tries blaming them when I can clearly see her making it! If I were the owner of this store I would definitely be looking into new management!

The lady manager was rude. This wasn't the first time with her either. If she isn't being rude to me or another customer she is back there yelling at workers while standing around. I just don't get it.
