Clean place but extremely poor service. There was 1 person a head of me, yet it took 5 minutes to get someone (and there were 3) to take our order. The breakfast sandwich was cold.

Go to the one in the travel plaza. I will never go back to this one. Management is terrible, coffee is always garbage.

Great place but it really depends on who is working. Always order the frozen caramel crazy coffee but one day was told they can't make it then ordered it the very next day with no problem just different employees

Only rating food so low because I ordered avacado toast with bacon and the label and receipt said bacon and I was charged extra but there was no bacon on my toast.

The staff was very nice and patient with us. The food was excellent I would recommend the Boston cream donuts. The place was very clean and had a calming atmosphere. For a donut you pay a $1.58. For 1/2 dozen of donuts you pay $8.46 and a dozen is $13 something. This includes everything from plain to glazed, all the way to Boston cream and jelly filled.

Parking: This place is usually busy, however there is usually parking and it's free.

Guy at the window shakes his head when I told him what we ordered, but listened when my boyfriend did. Gross.

Two young girls running the drive through were obnoxious and very rude. I went through the drive through with my 7 year old son to get him a donut and a hot chocolate. The girl through the speaker was being really weird/goofy and obnoxious in an attempt at being funny. When she didn’t get the reaction she was wanting from me, so she immediately turned to rude. I pulled up to the window to get my food and the girl standing there flung the window open and didn’t speak to me. I asked her if she was the girl that was talking through the speaker, to which she rolled her eyes and said yes. I said “you went from obnoxious to rude” she said “I was just trying to be funny”. I told her that maybe she shouldn’t try doing that with customers. She then grabbed my son’s food and rudely shoved it out the window to me and immediately shut the window. I was honestly shocked and my 7 year old son said “what just happened”. I sat there for a second and another girl opened the window and asked me what the problem was, I explained the situation and the girl who was rude walked up and stood there staring at me. Both girls began smirking and practically taunting me, refusing to give me their names and refusing to get a manager or tell me their managers name. I have never been treated like this before by anyone working in customer service. This situation made my son and I so uncomfortable, we will absolutely never be back, which is unfortunate because it’s our hometown and my son loves getting them as a treat.

Good enough but they are often out of things that you find out about when you get there.

Drive thru is extremely slow. Took 25 minutes to get a large coffee. Need to work on improving the process.
