Shrimp and broccoli was underdone on the broccoli. The rice was not sticky rice, they don't think people knows what stir fried rice is supposed to look like. The one employee doesn't know what to do in a situation with customers. Very bland looking business

I use to love their food. I always get the general sos and crab rangoons. I haven't ate there in a while so I just started to give it a try, The general sos had a burnt smell, The crab rangoons,were okay but not the best. I don't know if I will go back there If I do I would probably only get the crab rangoons and maybe a bubble drink. I was so excited to eat there but after going there and getting what I used to get I'm just really disappointed

I ordered the General Tso’s chicken, and it did not disappoint! The price and portion was awesome, the staff and chef was very kind and welcoming. The wait wasn't long at all and the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I also tried the mango boba drink — if you like sweet drinks, definitely give it a try. Overall, an excellent experience!

General tso chicken was hot and pretty good. However, I Ordered a shrimp tempura roll and it was the absolute worst sushi I have ever seen in my life. I struggled to even taste it as it looked so unappetizing and smelled HORRIBLE. Typically shrimp tempura comes drizzled in sauce, instead I was charged extra when I asked for sauce. It was sloppily made and absolutely awful. I was very disappointed and hoped for some compensation. A young man asked if everything was okay with my order, I told him I was unsatisfied and he said “sorry about that” and skedaddled away… Thanks I guess? I know this isn’t a sushi restaurant but i genuinely expected better, as my other food was satisfying. I won’t be returning to koiya any time soon as this experience turned me off.
