We ordered food a half hour before the dining room closed. We couldn't get any ketchup out of the dispensers... they cleared them already for the night. The garbage cans were all sitting out all over the place with no liners in them. We were told to be careful because she already mopped. They shut the soda machines off on us. Then it took 25 mins to get our order and then they stared at us, like when are they gonna leave the dining room. It was an uncomfortable customer experience at best. We spent 50$ for that kind of experience.

I ordered probably 4 times as a doordash order. Everytime my order was cold and missing items. Or I never even got my order. When I called and asked what happened they gave me a extreme amount of sass. Not gonna be ordering from Wendy's again.

I got locked in the bathroom and they didn’t do anything! The lady just gave us sass, talked to someone else, and then proceeded not to do anything. The person that the lady talked to also didn’t do anything. The worst part was that the toilet didn’t flush! So my dookie was stuck there! The wait time is really bad too. Worst Wendy’s ever. Shoutout to Denise though.

I like their chili, so we went to Wendy's to get some. It's a rainy weather meal, so my husband and I drove there. The girl on the register was obviously new and didn't know how to ring up a plain burger. Another employee (manager maybe), fixed it. She forgot to give us our fries so we went back to get them. She also forgot my husband's cinnabon pullaparts, but by the time my husband remembered he had ordered them we had been outside in the car for 20 minutes+/-. Do better, Wendy's.

My child applied for a job at this restaurant and the interview was for 4th of July.
We chose that date from two options to show how serious she is to getting this job as her first job.
We got the text confirmation from wendys to confirm the interview. Went there for the interview and the manager wasn't even there, she had left 2 hrs prior. Staff said they didn't know anything about an interview. They asked for a name and phone number and to this day my daughter still hasn't gotten a call back.
Turns out the same thing happened to someone else when they tried to come in for an interview, twice, the manager chose to not be there.
Very unprofessional.

Small Town Preparedness

It's pretty good normally, not too many mistakes

We were traveling. The only place we eat out or pick up food is at Wendy's. We found this Wendy's and, as usual, we were very happy with the food. Delicious ? Service was good. Picked up our meal in the drive-thru.

Dietary restrictions: We always order the chili and the apple pecan chicken salad (both without cheese because of being lactose intolerant). Also, we eat gluten-free, and both are gluten-free.
