i didn’t get syrup with my french toast sticks, i asked for ketchup in the bag at the speaker but got none in the bag. the burritos we got had no markings to tell us which was which. really horrible experience.

They’ve overcharged me several times, never willing to do anything about it. Can’t even refund me four dollars? Especially when it’s there error, I’m really not interested in getting shitty fast food that has shitty service.

The Clark's Summit Burger King is under new management. We were greeted cheerfully. I ordered the Mexican Street Corn Impossible Whopper. Using the discount coupon was no problem. The specialty item was great. Everything was neat and clean in the store. I declined a soda and I was offered a water cup without having to ask (dine in). Definitely an inviting, well-run store.

Girl working the drive thru speaker had the worst attitude I've ever heard from a fast food employee, I simply stopped my order and left

I have a 30 minute lunch break and I work right up the road. I figured for lunch I’d go through the driveway. They seemed very under staffed which I was very patient with at first. They did not have any carbonated drinks, waiting in the driveway for 20 minutes until I went to the window to order. The girl at the girl at the window said they only had 3 people working. I then waiting another 15 as she had my pull up because they didn’t have my order finished. I finally went in at 2:06 after being there since 1:30, for a refund because I didn’t even have time to eat it. The manager was very rude and actually said “I mean I don’t mean to be rude but” I did get my refund but my god I’ll never be back there again.

I was a worker their the manager is mean and rude to the employees she had employees that was disabled and she aways yell at her all the time try get her 3 to 4 thing at a time she overwhelmed her too much the manager she just rude to employees
I spent 30 mins in drive through for a double cheeseburger and chicken fries come on really people and even a I’m sorry for the wait

I was here during lunch rush hour and they were short on staff. Two people called off and two of the early morning shift stayed. The staff did an amazing job keeping up with the business inside and drive thru. I just want to compliment them in anazing team work and dedication. I’m not sure if the girl taking orders was the manager but she was doing a phenomenal job of keeping everything running smoothly. As I was leaving I heard her telling the staff good job everyone as she was still rushing around filling orders. Everyone should have employees like them. 7/7/2024

Extremely rude manager! I don’t go there often so I was trying to see what I could get and not pay a leg and an arm for it. Well I guess I was too slow because the manager took the intercom from her employee and rushed me through my order. I was also ordering for other people who don’t like certain things on their burgers so I had to think twice what I was ordering. Really uncalled for and very bad customer service. I will not be going back!!!
