My sister had the most beautiful wedding at the Ridge. Brooke was prompt, professional, and kind from start to finish during the planning process. The venue itself is designed in a way that makes for such an easy, convenient day for both the couple and guests. I attended a wedding with them as the caterers. The food was great and they did a wonderful job. But I am allergic to gluten. I asked about it early on and was taken into the kitchen and told it was gluten free. A coordinator then came over later and again told me it was gluten free. It was served and was not gluten free. With in 5 minutes my face had swollen and I was sick. I do understand due to cross contamination and things not everyone can offer gluten free or allergy friendly....read full review
