Dino & Francesco's Pizza & Pasta House

Usually the food is excellent except for this time. I ordered chicken parm and the chicken had a lot of grizzle and was given such a small amount of pasta.one order was calamari and it was over done and hard. Was very disappointed after spending over $120.

Highly recommend the Roll Ups! Delicious and baked to perfection. Service was a little slow for it being almost empty, but they didn't bother us when we sat there and talked for 3 hours!
Would go there again!

My dad and I have dinner there one night/ week and we love it! The service is great, the waitresses are all very friendly- We especially love Alana! She goes above and beyond with service- she has a great work ethic and she’s so friendly and genuine.
The capelletti soup is out of this world!

I have been a customer of theirs for several years Their food is consistently good, large portions at a fair price. Their service is very good. I particularly want to complement a young woman named Alana who has always taken especially good care of my group.

I have been going to Dino and Francesco's Pizza and Pasta House for quite a while now. It is amazing how fast we get seated. We don't even have to say anything about our drinks. The hostess their, Alana, remembers all of our drinks each time. She is always asking us if we need anything and cares how the customers are. Even the servers and the food runners are amazing there. And to top it all off, the food is out of this world. I absolutely love the linguine with white clam sauce and the lasagna they make! I could never complain about any dinner I had there. But my favorite to start out with is the cappelletti soup! I can not find soup made any better anywhere else than theirs! All of this is why I try eating there at least twice a week. The pizza there is a whole other story, and it is so good whether you get the square or the around!
I would like to thank everybody who works there for the great service and work they put in and how delicious the food is! It will always keep me coming back!

Since new ownership I've given this establishment many opportunities. My order for take out has been incorrect on a few occasions. I understand in today's world it is hard to find good staff, but to wait on more than one occasion over 20 min to get a drink is unacceptable. Especially when staff is piled in a booth in the corner. Food taste has had inconsistency numerous times. After not going for a while I've decided to try again for lunch. My partner was dying for Starbucks so had a coffee. I pre-ordered as I ordered my drink the owner looked down and in a disgusting tone said she will have to leave we don't allow drinks from outside. Rolled her eyes and continued talking to two customers at the bar. This rude behavior and inconsistency would never happen under previous ownership. It's a shame this was a staple for Clarks Summit. I know im not the only one, because I see considerable post on FB about this establishment and how rude the owner is.

I believe it's the owners daughter was at the entrance reprimanding her staff in front of customers not very professional I think about returning she is disgraceful ,NEVER IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS,felt bad for those young girls the look on their faces were so sad,I would of walked out on her!!!

Love their calzones and hot wing roll ups. They're also so large I ate my calzone for 3 dinners and my fiance ate his roll up for two dinners.

Just walked out! Ordered a simple Chicken Ceasar salad...it came saturated with dressing... the chicken was terribly overcooked or days old and barely edible... when I politely addressed the issue the owner came out and wanted an explanation as to why the salad wasn't acceptable.... I wish I had taken a Pic...it didn't need explanation.... the owner was rude beyond my comprehension....I'll never return .... not sure she cares but I felt the need to give this review after how rudely I was treated!

Had angel hair and white clam sauce last weekend and loved it so much I wanted it again this weekend, but with a fra diovlo sauce. Unfortunately the girl who answered the phone didn’t know what that was so I explained and I asked if she could go into the kitchen to make sure they could make it. Long story short, they said they could make it (marinara sauce with red pepper flakes - spicy marinara). When I got back to work I was busy so I couldn’t check the food but when I did it was just angel hair with fra diovlo sauce- no clams. Now I’m pissed off because I went out of my way to make sure it was correct while at work nonetheless I’m starving. When I called today the day after to get reimbursed and or the correct meal made, I was given a snot ass attitude from the owner/ cook telling me they don’t make fra Diavlo sauce. Well if you have tomato sauce and red pepper flakes, chances are you can make fra diavlo. She was adamant that she didn’t make that 2 times. I said well then a sous chef made it and she was probably no longer in the kitchen at the time. when went to taste it, ( I was that hungry), and it was a spicy marinara. As shown in the photos.

The kid who messed up my order also shorted me a dollar which I told her she could keep it for a tip, along with another $2 I gave for the tip. When I picked up my correctly made food today, the following day, I only ordered angel hair with white clam sauce so no confusions, the owner / cook went out of her way to tell me I was not shorted change.

Now I was completely fine and content with my food being remade correctly free of charge, however the attitude and point that had to be made by the owner left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the price of my meal was worth this review that everyone will now read.

Maybe they should do better, and nothing against the kid who actually wants a job and to work, but if you’re going to hire children at least train them extra well so these mistakes aren’t made and happy customers keep coming back because I will not
