Whoever worked today did a shitty job, we had a bagel sandwich and another sandwich with an English muffin both were not toasted at all also the English muffin sandwich had a half piece of cheese, we also go bagel with cream cheese on the side but of course it wasn’t in the side and asked for it to be toasted dark and guess what it wasn’t toasted at all 😂. We also had a frozen coffeee that wasn’t blended all the way I have had that problem there many times for you guys to remake. If you can’t do your job right then don’t work there. Managers how hard is it to teach your staff and make sure people are doing there job instead of you just sitting around. You guys are the worst Dunkin in Pa.

Every time I go to this location its like theyre making stuff with blind folds! Today I was rushed through trying to order at the drive through, kept getting cut off and couldnt tell him what i wanted. They still managed to put the wrong cheese on even though the order said the right one. The croissant and bacon were under cooked and the hash browns were cold but somehow over cooked!

Service so slow that makes a turtle look like a roadrunner. 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. And when you go inside employees are bullshitting about their lives. How was the days ignoring the customers? Took me 15 minutes waiting inside until somebody noticed me to ask me what I want to order a standing in front of the machine.

Had to get COFFEE ☕️ JUG & Compliments *quick* on a Sunday AM in CS BORO & did! Was nicely greeted by *CELESTICE 👧, who calmly greeted me with a SMILE during BUSY Take-out morning! She was amazing @handling all going on & Orders & Customers & Me, without losing her cool! *A true young Professional! Was nice young GUY 👦 that also smiled @me to show He knew I was there! YES- I'll go back, but will Order ONLINE 1st bc now can! Gotta ❤️ CS Boro *DUNKIN 😋 & STAFF & lotsa Parking!

the worst dunkin in all of NEPA. The service sucks and this new thing they’re doing with the drive thru is actually pathetic. I watched 5 cars pull away due to how long the line was taking due to this new system where they “stop orders” with an employee standing outside. Actually horrendous customer service. almost NEVER listens to what I say and I consistently get the wrong drink or food. and it’s not hard orders either it’s right off the menu. not to mention the long black hair that was in my egg sandwich a few years ago. Seriously awful. Needs new management or intervention from Dunkin themselves.

I ordered 2 coffees through the drive thru & literally just sat there at the pay window for few minutes. One of the employees, made a drink & went to the back. The other employee had this lackluster attitude as if he didn't want to be at work. I got frustrated & left.

Multiple times I've been through the drive through, and besides the lackluster attitude, I've been parked every time to wait for upwards of 10 minutes for 1-2 drinks that should take 45 seconds to make and hand out. Seems like the new people they've hired are apathetic as hell, and like to screw around instead of making Food/Drinks. Just as well, my partner has had the same experience every time in the last month. Seems as though also, if you don't tip, they make you wait longer. Only reason to come here over Starbucks was price and drive through. Now, neither of those are good enough. RIP this location.

All-around disappointing experience. I’ve ordered my favorite drink here for the past two years, and somehow this location managed to ruin it — it was genuinely awful.
The store is often very busy, with wait times that can reach close to 30 minutes. The parking lot is chaotic and poorly laid out, and the cleanliness could use some serious attention.
I really wanted to like this location, but between the long waits, messy parking situation, and a drink that missed the mark completely, it’s hard to recommend.

Clarks Summit Dunkin is by far my favorite Dunkin. The store is always super busy, but the staff doesn't miss a beat. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. My order is always ready in a timely manner. Awesome customer service is what keeps it running in Clarks Summit. Service with a smile will always bring me back.
It is a busy location, but it moves fast. Order is always fresh. I always get iced coffee and 2 donuts.

the drive through wasn't working, took down the wrong order, didn't know how to make the drink, lid wasn't on right spilled all over my car , had to pull up the actual drink on the website to show them what I actually ordered, they were laughing about the drink spilling in my car, didn't give receipt from paying, told me it was the same drink different name when it wasn't the same drink at all.

I ordered a refresher, sandwich, and hashbrowns on the app 10 min before I even arrived. I went through the drive through and was told it wasn't ready and to park in one of the spots out front. Waited almost another 10 minutes before my order was brought out. The order wasn't even correct, so I had to go back inside to have them fix it. This Dunkin used to be my go to, but it obviously has gone down hill. Would not recommend wasting your time.
