Make sure you check your order before you leave because they forget half the order most of the time, and it's a 50/50 on the drinks being made correctly. Most of the staff here seem like they don't know what to do. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. You're better off traveling to Dickson City.

Ordered the $6 meal through the drive-thru. The hash browns were burnt and cold and the croissant was burnt on the side. A meal is not worth $6 if it's not edible!!

I put in a mobile order for 2 iced dunkalattes and an iced macchiato about an hour ago. When I got to the drive thru speaker they told me that they didnât have coffee milk, but offered me a substitution, which I accepted. Once I got to the window I asked to be refunded and recharged for the products I was actually being given. (2 large iced dunkalattes is $1.17 more than 2 large iced lattes). Madi, the shift lead , then walked away and sent a different girl to the window , who didnât have a nametag on. This girl then proceeded to tell me âso the value difference really only is cents so itâs not a huge deal but if you really need it refunded and recharged i guess we can do thatâ. Completely unprofessional and lacking any principle. It couldâve been 10 cents itâs not about the money itâs about paying for the product im actually receiving. The fact that the refunded was questioned in a way to make it sounds like a hassle or my fault is unacceptable.the fact that the shift lead sent someone else to essentially try to talk me out of the refund is also unacceptable. This isnât the first time Iâve had issues with the afternoon staff at this location, and this was the final straw and I will not be coming back to this location. Would rate this 0 stars if I could.

staff is always nice but ive gotten two spoiled almond milk refreshers, idk why, but theyâve been so sour and gross.
They raise the prices on a weekly basis. Time to make it at home..too expensive for me..

My on line order didnât get to them. The lady was kind enough to make my sandwich and my drinks. Even thought the sandwich wasnât exactly what I wanted I was okay with that. My cappuccino and macchiato was supposed to have caramel in both and sugar. One drink was perfect but the other had just expresso and milk. I am pleased with how she accommodated me but please write it down next time. Thank you

My frozen matcha latte was watered down and not good. Also my blueberry donut coffee was not sweet no blueberry and was gross I do not recommend

Awful attitude from these workers and the girl said they arenât allowed to put whipped cream in a cup for a pup cup. When i asked for an empty cup so i can put in whipped cream in it at home, they got nasty and said no we arenât doing that. The coffee tastes like dirty bath water. Now i am going home and have a sad dog and an even worse tasting coffee.
