Went in at around 5 or 6ish and tell me why there was only 2 people working… I would love to know who thought that, that was a good idea bc it was BEYOND busy for only 2 employees, I would actually cry. The only reason I give this 5 stars is because of how those 2 employees handled everything, 1 was a girl and other a boy, both seemed Hispanic and young, THEY NEED A RAISE for putting up with the management there

Ordered 2 drinks and one was a caramel latte cold. Never put the whipped cream on with the caramel , never asked if wanted a shot of mocha or anything in it. This will be the last time we go to this one. Only went because it was the only one on our way to work. Need to get people in there that makes it correctly. They were not even busy. Not sure what the problem is. But fix it.

ALEXIA is the reason I keep coming back! My drink taste the same every time no surprises I never have an issue when she is there. Hot foods hot cold drinks are cold!She is always so happy and I hear her helping her crew get through the rushes with clear direction and a wonderful attitude! I hope dunkin knows they have a Rockstar on their roster!!
Stopped to get some coffee and a treat for my son. At 10am in the morning, they were basically out of any good donuts.

This is by far the best Dunkin in the area. I've never had any issue with my order being wrong, the employees are always very friendly, and they are quick even during rushes. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes here on a busy day.

I walked in and everything seemed fine, I ordered and waited for like 10-20 minutes and then I realized that the girl never gave me a receipt. I went back to the counter to ask for my drink, and they were very nice and helpful. I ordered a Peppermint Mocha and when I received my order I got a TEA! I was very annoyed for how long I waited inside and that I got the wrong drink.
Avoid this location at all costs. It’s an absolute disaster, with horrible quality services and food. The place is so poorly run, and it’s just a mess. They literally can’t get an order right.

I went in to place an order I was getting for some of the guys at work. They told me I couldn't order at the register and I needed to go to the pick up spot to order. But I needed to look at the options which were at the register to place my order. So as I'm trying to place my order I walk over to the menu then back over to the pickup area and the person walked away and wouldn't take the order. It was going to be a decent size order but I had a pay it foward $100 bill I was going to give for a tip. I ended up just walked out with nothing.
