Couldn't get food here. Stopped at the drive through last week on our way through Clarks Summit at 8:30pm. Was told that they were out of mashed potatoes and had already cleaned the fryers for the night so they couldn't make any more chicken. Went to the Chipotle down the road instead.

Probably the worst KFC I've eaten at. My family and I arrived a little before 8p for a bite to eat as we are out of town guest. No one came to the front for about 10 mins. They had NO hot wings and the menu said they did. Cashier also said they didn't even know if they were going to restock them. After we order food, we waited for the food to be cooked which was almost 45 mins. No one had on gloves while preparing the food and the workers were literally preparing their food and eating at the area where customers food is to be prepared( I can literally tell you what each person was eating). I hope the cooked food they were touching with their bare hands were not customers food. Chicken was awful. We order crispy chicken but it was way to soggy and tasted gummy. From the outside looking for places to eat, this place did not stand out. If you don't know the area, you would have missed it cause the place looked as if it was closed. No light on outside or the parking lot. Never again!!!

Went on a week night and they were extremely busy. They handled it well and food was great but took longer than expected because they were so busy. Staff was calm and friendly under pressure.

Just went to KFC. Ordered a simple chicken breast and chicken nugget. What I was given was a thigh and chicken pieces. Very disappointing. Especially paying 14 dollars. Will not go there ever again.

Bought a $100 worth of food there in the drive through to get home and see the $6 large side I paid for was only filled like a small... and all the chicken was burnt and not able to eat.. I tried calling multiple times and of course no answer.. absolutely not never again!!!!

Got a $15 dinner before work,went to eat and forgot my biscuit.Only reason I wanted was to mop the potato gravy. Heck barely any meat with the chicken. Disappointing. A chicken BBQ up road at Glenburn grill for $14 and you get expert half a chicken,same slaw. Will remember next time.Was my birthday treat before work. Was not even a customer behind me at drive thru. Not even full.
I ordered online for a specific time. My husband went to pick it up and had to wait. They were nice enough to include a free side. Fine, I understand sometimes things take longer and it was nice to get some free mac and cheese. But, then he got home and a whole part of our order was missing. It had took him so long to get the food that he did not want to go back. Overall, a dinner that I chose to make things easier on us tonight did not make things any easier!

I went there today to get a family pack of chicken and sides and the young lady at the register was absolutely fabulous. I would recommend that place to anybody.
