We had one evening in Scranton, and I was the one grabbing sweets for our groups dietary restrictions. I called Donna and asked if she would be able to accommodate. She went above and beyond! The GF-Vegan Cupcakes I ordered were waiting in a box for me, and she was so patient since we came right at closing time. Her flavors were DIVINE! Maximum Zen is a foodie’s healthy oasis in a world of take out junk food. Even if you’re not hell-bent on a vegetarian/holistic lifestyle, the high quality of the menu is unsurpassable. Prices are beyond fair .

I had a strawberry cake there that was moist, creamy, and refreshing. The hibiscus lemonade was equally good. The spicy tacos were too spicy for me but my husband loved them. The vegan sausage roll was scrumptious. A different day I had a slice of quiche it was delicious! Definitely recommend!
