Inside was closed early, quarter pounder with cheese was lacking ketchup, mustard and pickle. Barely anything on it. The spicy chicken sandwich and fries were great though.

So I'll start with the good. The store was jn IMMACULATE condition as for cleanliness. It had a festive fall aura. The bathrooms were super clean.
The bad. I ordered from the kiosk and all went well except it didn't print a receipt. It seemed to take nearly 10 min for a small order. Thinking this I wouldn't expected the food to be hot. The fries were not good at all and neither were the chicken nuggets. 2 items that at 1130 are usually fresh from the fry vat and hot. Hopefully this was just a poor sample size.

Food is good. Fries were not *incredible* but food was nice enough. Quick service and good throughput on drive through. Nice people working the windows and line. Clean exterior and decor.

Coffee is back to what it was like 20 years ago...WEAK..& horrible. It was like drinking hot water with hint a of coffee. I think they are using 1/2 the amount of coffee grounds. This is not just 1 experience, but has been like this for several weeks. They even said they would brew a new pot, but it was the same as the original.

Manager don't care. She is the worst part of the team. Waited then got sent to 3rd drive thru. Then was missing food. Manager walked right by us knowing we must of been missing something from order. Poor leadership skills.

I ordered on the app and they couldn't find my order. They asked me two separate times at the pick up window to read my order to them interrupting me two times claiming they got it. After 20 minutes later they gave me my order leaving the drinks out. To top it off they didn't give me a receipt so I can do a survey to the local mcdonalds office as how unprofessional the employees as well as the manager was. Avoid the Clarks Summit McDonald's if possible.

Quick stop while on the road for 2 wraps and 2 coffees. Should have been a quick order but the damn kiosk was dropping the wraps. Had to be entered by a worker anyway so why not just keep someone up front? She was very nice and helpful, tho.
