04/06/2024- I hate to leave a review like this but over the time I have lived in the area the quality of this place got worse and worse…. My boyfriend and I decided after a long day of work to stop in at 9-9:30pm starving, I was missing a small fry, the single mcchicken I got had no mayo on it and was smushed, and my boyfriend who wanted to add mayo to his sandwich didn’t get that. As I said before I don’t like to leave reviews like this let alone at all but this experience we had tonight was honestly hurtful as it seemed as if not one person took any bit of pride in their work from what I seen. Him and I both work in the food industry I have worked as a drive through worker in the past 3 years to be exact and we’ve seen our fair share of mistakes but this almost seemed intentional

Ordered a double cheeseburger, no special requests. Got a PLAIN one, no ketchup, no pickles, nothing. The roll was hard and the burgers dry, either from a heat lamp or microwave. For what they charge go to Booyah or Benny's for a burger.

Slow service at drive through. Asked to pull over to wait. After 10 minutes received part of the order and had to ask for the 2 drinks. Waited another 10 minutes for the drinks. The employee that brought the food was apologetic.

01/25/2024 I went there for a Large Mocha Hot Coffee with two Extra Espresso Shots which was made by her to perfection! The young lady who took my order was absolutely amazing, friendly, courteous and on-point! In short, she "Wowed" everyone that she interacted with... Even the evil people who are "Mad at the World!" Unfortunately, I was in somewhat of a rush and I did not obtain her name but the following is the information on the Transaction Receipt KS#2, 01/25/2024 09:37 AM Order 47. Kudos to this beautiful young lady.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly facility.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
This is a great McDonald's to get food from. The people are friendly, they listen to your preferences and they are quick too. Their establishment is quite clean for the amount of traffic it sees as well. This is a definite favorite of the McDonald's I visit.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces although some spaces are awkward to back out of when leaving. Nothing that McDonald's can really do about it though. We just need to be mindful when parking.

Friday night 1-26-24, all the employees there did not acknowledge the people inside dinning, I couldn't even get my money back because no employee would come to the cash register after ordering on the screen, it was ridiculous. I placed my order on the screen, then waited 20 minutes, then left with nothing. The couple in front of me said they waited over 30 minutes and didn't get their food. Was this a staffing issue? Does the staff here lack proper training? Is it The MOD's fault? Are these young kids afraid of human interaction? My opinion is all of the above. And these problems should be corrected....

To be honest with everybody if I could I would rate this place a ZERO for SERVICE PLUS FOOD due to my experience tonight. Me and my fiance went to go get food from this local restaurant aka McDonald's in Clarks Summit, Pa.we pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was trying to order our food, speaking clearly and loudly. When the manager on duty at this time responded with "I'm having a really rough time hearing you guys" while the speaker sounded like a "walkie talkie," as if she was literally rubbing up against the mic. The women then had us repeat our order three different times due to "not being able to hear us" and each time we repeated it, the sound became louder and louder. After repetitively telling her LOUDLY AND CLEARLY, we pulled up to the second window and respectfully said "just letting you know your speaker back there sounds horrible and scratchy we couldn't hear you" and her response was "oh well I mean I'll change my mic out but you're the first people to say something about it all day but heres your card just waiting on fries" as she shut the window. We honestly could care less to deal with her attitude at midnight but as we drove to the third window, we noticed two more cars pull up behind us after already having their order taken and paid for. After 8-10 minutes of waiting for our food, at the second window we noticed people behind us receiving their drinks and food and leaving so we wondered why, when the woman finally came to the third window we asked her if she was a manager and she exclaimed "yes i am" while shutting the window in our faces and proceeded to walk away.Now we literally live five minutes down the road mind you!! OUR FOOD IS AS COLD AS A ROCK AND ON TOP OF IT, TASTES REALLY OLD?!!!??? THIS IS DISGUSTING ? I WILL NEVER EAT AT MCDONALD'S AGAIN NOR WILL I EAT WHAT I BOUGHT TONIGHT!! CALLING CORPORATE OF MCDONALD'S SOUNDS PATHETIC AT THIS POINT!!!SO MCDONALDS, THIS IS HOW YOU ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS???
