Went here with a friend because of the reviews. Boy are they way off. The first waitress was super friendly. Took way too long to get a beverage though. About another 20 mins before they took our order. Then an hour and 10 mins from the time we arrived, before we actually got that breakfast which wasn't that great to say the least. No one offered refills on our coffee and it was way ice cold long before the breakfast was even served. Its a friendly atmosphere but the service and food leave a lot to be desired.

This cozy restaurant specializing in breakfast foods is a wonderful place. They offer high quality breakfast and brunch/lunch for a very good price, especially in the current economy. You can be assured that you will be full after eating here without burning a hole in your wallet. They also have a fun, unique decor that creates a nice atmosphere if you have good memories with your grandparents. Regardless of the atmosphere, the food is delicious and the servers are incredibly nice and helpful. Service is fast, but you don't feel rushed. The only downside to this location is that it is cash only, so either be prepared for that or be ready to use their ATM that charges a $3 fee to withdraw. It is really the only shortcoming. This location is amazing and gives you an incredible meal for the amount you pay. I highly recommend getting a breakfast sandwich on their hard rolls. Despite the name, their hard rolls are still soft to the touch and incredibly tasty! Super filling and wonderfully tasty. You can add extra eggs to any breakfast sandwich for only 75¢ per extra egg. this place deserves 1,000 stars!! i have been coming to sunrise for over 2 years now, and have become a regular at this point, sharing my mornings here with my friends and family. the people who work here are so friendly, consistent, and kind. my boyfriend & i are extremely picky eaters, and this place has never let us down once. today, we got our usual orders of pancakes, a breakfast sandwich, the amazing cheesy potato hash, bacon & eggs. 10/10 every time. cash only. super homey, warm, and welcoming. their breakfast bakes are to die for as well!! one of if not Clark’s summits best breakfast places!! can’t recommend them enough. reasonably priced place for amazing food and friendly faces!!

Went to breakfast this morning before the Ice Festival. Food was great, cheap and the staff were wonderful!
Service is quick and cheerful. Our sunny side up eggs were perfect, tea refills were timely. We will be back soon!
