Ordered online and went to pick it up at 8:20pm. Doors locked and when called the store they said I had to call the 1-800 number which was closed as well. $20 in food not refunded. Disputing with my card.

For some reason this location doesn't carry Baja Blast Zero, and the Cheesy Potatoes aren't on the app to order. Why is this the only Taco Bell that doesn't have what every other location in the area does?

I can't believe what just happened. I ordered a Mexican pizza, took one bite and had the most HORRIBLE taste! The fryer oil tasted like it hadn't been changed in a week. Pure poison! I've worked around fryer oil so I know what it tastes like when it goes rancid. This was the worst I've ever tasted. Owner, where are your standards?!?!
I just ate the filling instead, at least that part was okay.

No coffee at this taco bell. I always order a combo menu from the kiosk and get coffee when I am driving but the staff just said no coffee at this location. Very unusual
Ordered was completely wrong. Ordered 4 supreme soft tacos with extra sour cream and got none. Ordered 3 regular tacos with no sour cream and they put sour cream. Very upset and will NEVER go there again

I went to get lunch for me and my coworkers. I went through the drive through and they told me to pull around because it was a large order and it wasn't ready. The guy came out with my food, said it wasn't my order and searched the parking lot for someone else. Five minutes later he brought out food that wasn't mine. He looked at my receipt and went back inside to find my order. I sat for 15 minutes and went inside myself. We figured out that the original order was mine. It had sat there for at least 20 minutes. By the time I got back to work everything was cold and soggy. They also didn't include any sauce. The guy was very nice and polite and I don't believe it was his fault at all. Just poor management and unfortunately a poor experience. I spent $50 for cold, soggy tacos. My coworkers weren't thrilled, either.
