Came through for pit stop Sat 7/19 around 1245. Manager was very attentive and made sure our super specific orders were correct. Big props to this location! (As vegetarians, we are pretty limited to Taco Bell on long drives, so we know our stuff on this ha)

Low grade service from staff that can't communicate in English and didn't care about my 1 item order.

Absolutely disappointing experience—will not return.
We stopped in after a funeral hoping for a quick and easy meal. There were three adults and one child in our group. Upon arrival, not a single employee greeted us or was available at the ordering counter. Despite staff making eye contact, we were completely ignored for nearly 15 minutes. Ultimately, we used the self-service kiosk, which was frustrating since we weren't familiar with the menu.
The food quality was a letdown. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme that arrived soggy and barely warm. We spent over $40, including upcharges for sour cream and guacamole—which turned out brown and came in shockingly small portions. The chicken nuggets were overcooked, dry, and unappetizing. To make things worse, some of the sauces weren't clearly labeled as spicy, which ruined my daughter’s meal. Most of our food ended up in the trash.
To top it off, we had to bring our receipt back just to clarify what we were even served—it was a whole ordeal.
I used to love Taco Bell, but this visit was enough to convince me not to return.

I love Taco Bell, but this has to be the worst location in NEPA. If you order here, you can almost guarantee that your order will be wrong, and management will have an issue fixing it. Don’t waste your time, don’t even bother complaining with management in-store, go straight to corporate and get your money back, because this establishment DOES NOT CARE!

No... a taco place can't make chicken nuggets. The nuggets looked nothing like advertised and they were little overcooked rocks with no real flavor. Getting nuggets anywhere else would be better.
Weird flake in my cheese but I ate it anyway

There is terrible behavior exhibited by management at this location. The manager on duty is unfortunately unhelpful and inattentive. When issues are brought to their attention, they respond dismissively, even after politely requesting assistance multiple times. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I do not plan to return, given the terrible service and the unreasonable amount of time taken to prepare food.
