My last few time here have been disappointing to say the least. Definitely don’t get the ceaser salad. But I tried the nyx again and it was considerably better this time. So I upped my rating from 1 star to 3. I still believe this restaurant lacks something. They need to get more consistent. And there is no way I should sit at a bar and wait 5+ minutes to be served when there’s only 1 other person at that bar. Also why couldn’t the owner get me a drink or something. She was literally at the bar sitting and I almost walked out after waiting.

The Nyx bar is a refreshing bar that serves unique and great drinks. My favorite drink at the moment is the pear martini and the orange crush (which they use fresh squeezed orange juice). The vibe in the bar is very welcoming and comfortable to be in. The bartenders are so attentive and respectful one of them sierra was making 4 drinks while taking an order and she got it all correct.
Now the food is were it gets better. My favorite thing to eat so far is the penne and vodka pasta and the garlic parm wings. Unfortunately didn’t get a pic of the pasta but those wings are to die for. Would recommend this place.
The only complaint I have for this place is I wish it was open later.

The waitress was new but she was very helpful and if she didn't know the answer she knew exactly who to ask. Helped with beer and food recommendations. Got the Carmine and the boneless bites, both were delicious and the burgers came in these cool wrappers that helped keep the toppings in! I've always wanted to try this place and it was so worth the wait! We got in, were seated quickly despite the place being packed, and we had prompt service the entire night. Highly recommend!

Excellent food! We were seated outside like we requested but then it took about 15 minutes before getting a waitress to bring menus/get drink orders. Otherwise, great service & atmosphere. A nice bar to go for some drinks.

This place has and continues to be an amazing burger and beer joint! Their menu is awesome with other things, but really, the beer, burgers and fries are outstanding. The burger in the pics are their Kona burger, and the beer is the Burlington Uncanny Valley, a light but flavorful hazy IPA.
