I was there eating lunch and I saw the manager yell and make fun of one of the workers she said he was too slow in front of everybody that's so disrespectful and wrong and I will never go to this restaurant ever again because she is mean to the worker and mean to everyone else and the food isn't really good the guy that was serving us his name I don't want to mention but he is a very good worker there and I don't know what that manager's problem was but there was no reason for her to do that in front of everybody in front of all the customers.

I Came here on a Friday (11/21/25) and had the most amazing service. I believe her name was Maddy & not only did she make sure we was taken care of through our time there everything i ordered came out right! i would go back any day and time if i can get this same experience 10/10 recommendation

I would not come here on a Saturday night. They are overloaded without enough staff. I was ignored completely because the server was overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the cook. I think it wouldn't have been a big deal but he completely ignored me to let the other people behind me know that it would be a significant wait. Being busy does it mean you have license to ignore. This was the first time I had under par service. I ended up just going to McDonald's the food may not be as healthy but the service certainly makes the difference. People work hard and shouldn't be ignored especially when they're hungry. What's unfortunate is that I've been going here for 11 years but because of this one night I probably won't come back. They lost a lot of business and should have anticipated the increase volume the weekend before Halloween. There were more people standing than eating

New School Piano Where Students Become Musicians
Every single table in the entire place was covered with dirty dishes when I walked in. There were only two people working one person said to wait a minute and he would clean it off they took the dishes away but didn't even wipe the table down it looked terrible I cleaned the table myself with napkins ordered a breakfast and proceeded to eat it afterwards I was sick to my stomach for the entire night

This was my very FIRST time experiencing a “Waffle House” establishment. I just want to say I was BLOWN AWAY AND BECAME A LOYAL RETURNING CUSTOMER! JESSICA was my server and let me just say besides her being absolutely BEAUTIFUL! She was also very attentive and very helpful and welcoming! If she isn’t the general manager already she should be! Her beautiful brown eyes and soft nurturing voice assured me that I was in a place that felt like family and home! THE FOOD WAS A1 literally ate so much I got the itis lol couldn’t think of any complaint at all the food was cooked to perfection and the staff and cleanliness of the environment made such a giant impact on me I returned back the next day and informed JESSICA it was all because of her! This is a great place to eat the food taste amazing and the price won’t hurt your wallet at all! Go by yourself or bring the family I promise you’ll be in for a great time and great memories to be made! Once again shoutout to JESSICA for being all she could be and more! See you on my next visit soon!

Food is always hot and fresh. Servers are always wonderful. HOWEVER recently the place has been filthy. Huge cobwebs hanging from the vents, visible dust on the ceiling, etc.
