Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Came in to get the same thing I always get, a mocha moolatte. Saw a cup sitting on the counter for a while, after everyone else with me got their order and asked if that was supposed to be mine. Kid says yes, I say sorry, that’s not it. (It was obviously not it) So a girl comes over and takes the half melted cup n scraped some out of the cup w the lid, then throws some drizzle in it, mixes it up n sets the sloppy cup back down. Still didn’t look right. I said “yea, sorry, that isn’t it either”.
So she very rudely snaps at me “do you want me to remake it then”. I said no, don’t bother.
Took the cup, tried it, it tasted like straight sugar syrup and it was indeed melty, gross, and in no way what I ordered. Put it on the counter and walked out.
It’s one thing to mess up an order, it happens, a lot. I order the same thing there regularly and 2 out of 5 times, it’s not right. No big deal, it can be fixed. Until the employee is incredibly rude.
Then it’s an issue.

usually i have an amazing dairy queen experience but this time a f@t big body back with purplish red dyed hair yelled at the coworker next to her who was a young innocent man just trying to get the ice cream i PAID FOR and she refused to give it to me when i asked for it continuing to scream at her coworker for 2 minutes straight:( i feel so sorry for the young man:(

Went to get dinner and dessert. Got our dinner very quickly, but when it came down to our blizzards everything went wrong. We ordered a Brownie blizzard and a New York cheesecake blizzard. They gave us caramel toffee blizzard and a peanut butter blizzard. While trying to communicate with the employee making the blizzards about the mistakes, the employee decided it would be a good idea to throw up her hands and yell at us saying "this is what you ordered! I don't know what to say! This is what you ordered!"
No. It's not what we ordered. I have a peanut allergy, so nothing about peanut butter came out of my mouth. That employee was rude and disrespectful. I haven't been to Dairy Queen in years till today. Thanks for reminding me why.

Went to get dinner at Dairy Queen today. It's been 4 or 5 years since I had Dairy Queen's food but my mom loves it. The employee making the blizzards was a heavy set woman with short hair. She ended up making the wrong blizzard. Not a problem, I didn't get upset about it. Instead I tried to politely inform her that the order was wrong. Instead of fixing it, the employee decided it would be a good idea to tell me that I was wrong and ended up throwing up her hands and yelling at my mom. Thankfully another employee stepped in and fixed the order. My advice to that employee who yelled at my mother; don't work in customer service, because you've just caused Dairy Queen to lose paying customers.

I have at from the drive through several times and have enjoyed thier food last time my burger had 4-5 long hairs coming out from between the patties. It was very obvious 6 inches long into the container. I don't think I will ever eat there again. A waste of 12.00 I didn't have time to go back and couldn't eat it if they gave me another one

Food and desserts are here amazing as always but I especially love the one girl named Sierra (Idk if she's a manager or not) that's been there a few years. She's a sweet lady who's always smiling and makes you feel welcomed!

Blizzards were melting down the outside of our cups, napkins were drenched in liquid ice cream as they were handed out the window to us. But... It was hot out.. so..
