I ordered 2 large Pepperoni's and was given 2 plain cheese pizzas. I called when I realized they screwed up my order and the person I spoke to took my name and address and said I could come in anytime and get 2 Large Pepperoni's to replace them. I tried 3 TIMES to collect on the replacement pizza and was just given the run around. The "Manager I guess I'll call her tried to turn the situation around on me. The food is fine as is the service. The call center that I guess corporate is using though is absolutely horrible! I tried three time because I wanted to speak to a human. I ended up ordering online. The order takers at the call center can not speak clear English!
