Dunkin'

This location is absolutely disgusting and filthy. Overflowing trash cans everywhere in the main dining room and in the bathrooms. Plus there was garbage all over the floor. Super disorganized, staff was overwhelmed and orders took a really long time, even though there weren’t that many orders. I would be concerned to order food from this location because of how dirty everything was, would worry about foodborne illness. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Advertise you open for business at five. But when I pulled at 4:58, they started to take my order. Then I proceeded to order and they told me they couldn’t make it till after 5. I said “that’s perfectly okay, I can wait”. They then said “well we actually can’t start making it till the other people get here and that will be quarter after five”.

What’s the point of opening at 5, if you are not ready for business?

I stumbled across this place on a road trip. While the drive thru was a bit of a mess the store itself wasn't. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. They were very speedy in getting my order finished and it was amazing. While some may think how hard is it to make a cup of coffee? I can say wirh honesty 4 out of 5 times I get it messed up although I order it exactly the same every time. This shop is very close to the on and off ramps for interstate 80. If you're on the go and want a cup of coffee swing thru you won't regret it.
