Food was great! I had the country club salad. It had fresh meat not lunch meat. I likes it. Bathroom was pretty clean. Decor was a little cluttered. Like great grandma's house.

The positive is the wait was short, the waitress was excellent. The negatives - place needs a makeover badly. The country fried steak was a frozen reheated low quality fried minced meat thing, that was overly salty. The bean soup was salty with very few beans. I personally would avoid this place.

We needed somewhere to stop on our trip from Pittsburgh to the Pocono Mountains and really enjoyed our meal! My husband had country fried chicken and I had a BLT (every ingredient was SO tasty and they give you a lot of bacon!). Their dessert options were fantastic, especially the apple fritter sundae! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, cute gift shop at the exit - I recommend it for any travelers passing through!!
