Staff Remarkable!¡!

8/19/2025 I’ve never been to fun central before this was my first time my son and I came home and had black power dust all in our noses from the play area which is unacceptable for a kid area as a mom I was very dissatisfied with coming home and having my sons nose completely covered in black dust which reminded me of powered metal..the customer service was not friendly and very rude and never seemed to be at the counter when you needed them. I will not be going back

I left a bad review and the owner decided to call it fake. I will clarify myself in this review. I’ve been to many arcades, as an arcade enthusiast, and this has to be the worst. The other day, I went and many of the games were broken. That’s understandable. I understand games have tech issues. I know most arcade games inside and out. I understand those are old and unfortunately you can’t get parks. Of the games that did work, many took your money and didn’t give you a play. This happened to me on all sides of colorama, fireball, dizzy chicken, and one of the racing games. Everything is extremely dirty. It use to be a clean place to have fun but it feels disgusting after you leave there now. I hope that these problems can be fixed as well as some of the games. (Please fix big haul, and gravity mountain, they are one of the classics when it comes to arcades).

A fun place for familys to have fun& get some lunch. Just sucks that if the games aren't ripping you off money bc they only work half ass, they're ripping you off tickets.. I spend $1.80 on a game that was apparently broke and didnt want to wait in a very busy line to get yet again another refund. Maintenance the equipment that makes yall the most money!

The children love the place it has an arcade, laser tag, mini golf, and jungle gym. Pizza is okay. An ice cream buffet the children love to put their toppings on.

Things seemed to be very sticky. There was no more soap in the woman's restroom, and the restroom had a foul odor. Some of the games charged the card and said ready to play, but did not dispense the balls to be able to play. Multiple things were not working such as ice cream machines, games, and ATMs.

I took my son last weekend and he loved it so much. Great place a lot of things for older kids to do if they don't want to play in the jungle gym area.

I have sensory issues so there was a bit too much stimulation for me. Other than that Alot like Chucky cheese now is. but this place has golf and Lazer tag and stuff I tried here before at a birthday party but not this trip. My son's too small it does have a nice gym for small kids but we did get to do it this time. I think it would be better than the games part with all the sensory overload devices. Place seemed clean but staff limited any time u needed to do anything you had to wait awhile for staff. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I think my son will love the gym part.

Great place for family fun

We love this local gem! I specifically wanted to highlight an amazing employee of yours who was working all by herself today. Karissa was doing it all and was so pleasant while doing it. We were so impressed with her kindness and attentiveness while being in a somewhat overwhelming situation.

mini golf is great. Arcade games break down a lot

Been here a few times, the arcade is fun and the staff is friendly. Kids will have lots of fun in the playground area. On top of all that, the food is pretty good too.

Kids had a lot of fun and there was a lot to do. Prices were reasonable and food was good. Real burgers! Brooklyn was very helpful and patient with my kids. Will definitely be back! ?
